[3.3] Crit Fire/Flamethrower Trapper! - League Starter

FINALLY, someone made a fire trap build i was looking for..

No items/skills on the PoB though..u waiting for the PoB update with the new skills?

I was just doing my build today, and your thread helped me especially with the skilltree pathing.

Ofcourse most firetrap setups are generally gonna look very similar but I would appreciate any feedback.

I have only one question left, why do you not pick Amplify?
If you only wanted one of the big aoe nodes, amplify is one less "travel node" (10% aoe dmg) away.

e: And I think master sapper and Acro is too good to pass up.
2 more traps and you get 3 frenzys that are always up, this way we are not restricted to get frenzy via the supportgem.

maybe switch cwdt(1) with beartrap for bosses.
or does beartrap need incr durration to work propperly?
I've not played Shadow before but the trap changes are really making me wanna give it a shot. Is there anything I should know about trap play before I get into the new season?

Yea with the new bear trap debuff and movespeed it might be a good idea to add. I was planning on doing that or a vaal skill anyway.

Master sapper is a good choice and it depends on a few things. I'll have to do some testing end game once I'm there. If I use charged traps in a six link I would prefer the points be spent in damage elsewhere. Also if the Trigger Area is needed. Once I'm there all play around with some stuff.

I like your Idea of adding Phase Acrobatics to the build. I'm just not sure taking away all the dmg and crit is worth it. I have considered it and will continue to depending on variability of the build late game.
