Item Splitting Beastcrafting Recipe Disabled

+1 for Rollback or this league is dead as a dodo.

You know what ruins a mood in a league? People getting a massive currency advantage.

Currency is the lifeblood of this game, if it's tampered with the game becomes dull (aka standard).

This could have been easily avoided with proper testing, and you know it. This is ALL on you GGG.

I've spent a lot of money on this game because of the promise, ever since closed beta. You've gone above and beyond that promise up until recently with the Xbox announcement. I swear everything started slipping since then. Uncontrollable power creep, exploits, and bland league mechanics. I mean, who is going to even use the new league mechanics after they get one character to 90? I may occasionally go in and create a couple uniques in hopes of getting lucky, but let's be real, the mechanic is already getting ignored.

The problem with this league is you didn't revamp any of the skills, just ascendancies. What do you expect us to do? Build ED for the 5th time (like I did as a league starter), build RF for the 10th time, build sunder for the 10th time?

So can you salvage this league? Maybe. Introduce something new midway through, or before then. Do some skill changes, just buff some of the completely unused skills so you don't piss off people with full builds. Do something to show that you deserve our supporter pack league after league.

We know you make enough money to keep this game great, look at all these supporter titles. Sooner or later that love/trust in you is going to fade if you don't show that you still love your own game.

People makes mistakes.... i dont really like this league but still enjoying the other mechanics of it. Like Uber elder/shaper. Keep it up!

In cases like that you need to have strong convictions and FIX YOU DAMN GAME! So, it's not right to keep those itens running around.
Don't play silly and keep like that or your community will start to not comming back next leagues and we all just remember GGG like the company that destroyed their own game.

Time to treat the league as waiting room for the next one.


Options:
1. If all those duped items stay, the economy is in terrible shape for the rest of the league. Anyone who didn't had time or chance to benefit from the recipe, will be upset.

2. If they get removed, the people who did benefit from the duping get upset.


GGG, pick your poison.

I 1,000% applaud you guys wanting to do something different, and the scope was ambitious... but you gotta recognize that ascendnacies aside, 3.2 is just screwed.

Also, it is worth saying that I also applaud you for coming at us with honesty about this misstep. You knew you would get shit on, but you still delivered an honest assessment of the bungle. That is quality leadership.

Well, it seems that GGG have the numbers on how many times the recipe was used, so i'm all in favor of them revealing those numbers to show the potential impact on the league's economy.

also looks like you are "new"(or have you have no idea what are you talking about) to self-made crafting lol because first you pick good base item with good enchant then you craft rest with either chaos spam or essences/alt/alch/exalt slamming/master blocking/etc...

I really feel Chris, that you should higher a couple more people before the next league is out, and polish the next currently planned league by getting a hold of some of those 1%'ers and let them find those problems in the league mechanic. This league was an amazing idea gone horribly horribly wrong. It doesn't show case to this game's theme: Any build anyway you like it. While some builds can get by with this league mechanic, others just have struggle. I feel like this league was that kid trying to do a weeks' worth of homework on the 20 minute bus ride before school starts. It really shows.
