its very hard to capture beasts with necromancer!! I dont have enough time to run to beast and throw net, cuz my minions (skeletons) run to em and kill too fast. so i say yes

I voted yes on one, but I don't know if its the best resolution. I do know that there are several mechanics that sap the fun out of netting the harder beasts. It looks like about half the player base isn't all that happy with current model.
One issue is trying to target the beast in the midst of its 5-6 special spawns that cant be netted. Maybe make them OAE trigger nets instead of single target nets? I actually died once trying to throw a net but getting the message "you can only capture beasts" because I kept targeting the special spawned adds. Another issue is the repeated failures. Maybe make each successive net on the same creature have an easier threshold? You could base the reduction inversely it on how much was missing when the net was thrown to keep people from just repeatedly netting a full health beast. So if it was over 50% health there is almost no reduction, but it it was 15% health and resits the net there is larger reduction so that if you throw net at a creature 3-4 times and each time it was at 30-40% health then you catch it the 4th time. I've lost rare red beasts because I simply wasn't quick enough throwing the net or I just didn't pay enough attention to its life but I still vote 'No'.
As a 'First One', myself, I would be offended if a carcase was brought to my Altar as a blood sacrifice and would rain down Storm Calls upon the heathen who dared offer it! :P So, yeah, big NO |

AT THE VERY LEAST you need to adress the targeting system of the nets. As a summoner it's extra complicated dealing with this league mechanics.
If the beast is low life it will get instantly destroyed before it's even on the screen. If the beast has decent life, but summons a lot of adds and moves a lot it's extremelly difficult to net it between all the adds and all your summons in the middle. When you fail a capture you can't just stop dps, wait for the enrage to go away and try again because your summons will most likely kill it before you can walk away. If there are a lot of mobs around and you manage to net your target, your minions might decide to attack something else and you get fucked. If I was playing another build I would probably have no issues at all with the league, like a lot of people here, but if you try and put yourself into the skin of a summoner you will see there are some mechanic inconveniences for certain builds. Yes, I know, bad leage to play a summoner build, but thats not the point. The point is improving the league mechanics to avoid the fact that some builds just can't do it. (Hello Vorici. I hate you.
