No more trying to click 1 enemy to net them
No more worrying about accidentally killing stuff

Allows for doing the fun thing in this game, killing things.

They can still be a resource.

League mechanics are not invalidating certain classes or builds, just certain classes or build combinations are not made for every content. That's how it was all the way, even without thinking about league mechanics at all.

I said yes, more common.

I get where people who say no are coming from, but honestly as it is the league mechanic is just a hassle that's not fun, and interferes with the fun of the rest of the game. I tried the new Summon Phantasm on Kill support gem, which was really cool, and very quickly had to stop using it because the phantasms killed something I was trying to capture. Seems really silly to have to choose between participating in the league mechanic or using a cool new support gem.
So sad to see, that you guys have to do this.. this community gets worse and worse... part of growing I guess.

Next league = you enter area, get 100k exp and an ex and for the reddit playerbase, you get a mirror with a 10% chance-> the end. That area is spamable ofc. Everything else will be hated on.


Reddit was hating on the league after <1 hour of league being online. Nothing else has to be added.

I voted NO, if you don't understand the reasoning behind it, a lot of people made the effort to explain it. I just call you an idiot who should go play COD or EA games, that's what you deserve. Yes I'm tilted of that part of our player base.
No, the nets should not be able to capture dead beasts.

Part of the challenge and challenges of this League is the ability to capture certain Mobs, and yes it can get frustrating however the intention for it to be a challenge is still there. I firmly believe if you make nets able to capture beasts you will be just further helping the one hit wonder builds, by allowing it so they do not even have to adapt their playstyle to do a certain challenge.

Want to capture a beast then dont kill it instantly, plain and simple.

The fact there have been people complaining that they cant capture since Saturday is silly IMO, but so it the fact they ignore the League mechanic just to go hit 100 before anyone. The funny part is they are the ones complaining not the lower level's who die to the incredibly overpowered Einhart Legendary mobs [Extra Life, Life Regen, Life Leech, Allies Deal Extra Cold, Resistant to Elements, crimson flock and essence of woe].

I say no as well. The 3 seconds works great for most builds I expect. That said, another possibility why not just tag the beast? If he's ever been in the net then he'll be captured unless he kills you or maybe runs away. If he breaks free from the net, he does something like a double enrage. Maybe this would just be another type of net. If you use a normal net, they don't enrage as hard.

As a blanket statement this is maybe true, but I don't think it's in GGG's interests for their league's (which one could argue is their main content) main mechanic to be exclusive to a number class/build combinations.

In my opinion capturing corpses isn't really good fix but it's a quick one, so I voted yes. Currently targeting the right beast is extremely awkward for me at least and health thresholds I can see getting in my nerves once my gear kicks into, well gear. So what I really hope is make targeting something more eloquent and faster.

At the current state of beast capturing I personally don't see myself using the capturing mechanic through the whole of the league as it already feels tedious, and instead just going for the challenges. Hopefully it gets improved.
