[3.2] Juggernaut - Tectonic Slam - 1.1 mil DPS - Crit - Stormwall/Hegemony's Era **UPDATED** 3/4/18

Struggling with this character. Took me 10 tries just to do Cruel Lab and Act 9 is blowing me up; 6k tooltip. Do you recommend going crit before third ascendency for the accuracy? I don't see how I'm going to be doing enough damage to finish Act 9 without it, and I can't even imagine how badly Merc lab will go.

just changed a few things round on my BHC version melting everything now with 6 link hege hit level 90 if any HC players have any questions feel free to ask

I'm also wondering how the dps output will compare: I'm at 6.4k trying to get more dps, but what statstick should I use in the meantime?

How are you guys doing on red maps and other end game content? My health pool feels way too low and while I'm very tanky against physical damage I'm really struggling against anything with a lot of elemental damage. For example, the elder guardian with the lightning attacks is a massive pain in the ass for me and I'm only on yellow maps. Wouldn't it be better to drop Belly and Warchief totem for Kaom's Heart?

Up until level 60 where I equipped my Stormwall I was using a four-linked Cauteriser which only cost me 3 chaos.

I also didn't run Inc AoE/Conc Effect and in place used Added Fire for more damage.

I did cruel lab at level 60 with Stormwall and had absolutely no issue at all (just 4L) and I am owning A9. Take a look at my character as it is now, I have 25k tooltip DPS and am doing great.

I used this Staff up until mapping and I actually found my second Exalt of the league which I used to upgrade to the Hegemony.

This cost me 2 or 3c and got me up to tier 3 maps

So how is everyone feeling about concentrated effect? I'm not sure whether I like it or not. I feel like it reduces the range quite a bit, what do you guys think?

With the increased AoE from cruel lab I have enough range to clear packs with Conc Effect.
