I use determination aura instead of hatred and take ruthless out of my 5 link and use fortify.

I only have a 5L and ruthless is the 6L. I have fort on leap slam but the determination might be a good idea didnt think about that.

How do We kill the elemental resist fuckers? Takes me ages to kill em even on beach haha.

Yes, it has less life%, but a lot of regen and armour, what is possible can preven physical oneshots aslo nice. And 12% regen make the game and lab really relaxing)

So that you have the option to convert to 100% ele dmg at any point, which is arguably better than a low crit chance.

Tectonis slam is fire based anyway - so do things right. No cold / ligthning / fire mixup, pure fire power is needed.

Just take avatar of fire keystone and fire penetration.
Set POB to "Shaper and Guardian" - these dps count.

Best amulett for this build would be - this goody will be your 7th gem link as end game item.

OP I think you should make a new post. Hegemony is way worse than the other scepter because pob has the wrong damage range. Archive this one and make a new thread.

Stormwall is by far a better staff than Hegemony's for this build. I am working on some things to make this whole build better. What I have here still works, dont get me wrong. It just needs some tweaking.
