Boss Fight Reveal: Vilenta

I was curious what happened to her. Storywise.

Bosses with phases are lame though. It doesnt make the fight oh-so-challenging or unique the builds that can oneshot her will oneshot her per phases. the builds that were made for fun and take time on killing her just got a bag of worms. The thing is: if she became a map boss and noone played the map beyond "completion" it is not a good fight.

Horror movies have better lighting than this crap. Unless there's an ascendancy that teaches my character Braille, this is obnoxious.

As for the phasing, it's not a huge deal, but takes away from a lot of great fights. The tension is lost during these periods, not heightened. Rather than tie these into mechanics of the fight, they serve as monumental time-wasters for all builds that don't use default attack.
I know it's a boss fight but when I see the damage done by it, and the attack speed sometimes and all the spell he chains for me it's a deal breaker because for some build who are not so quick than this one , I bet this will be hard as fuck... I love this game but I hope in the future boss fight will be better (damage rework in function of heal etc maybe potion rework for NON Crit build) because even when I try to kill some boss even in leveling I take like 90% of my life instant or die instant for NO REASON, and its not fun you can make what you do with a lot of spell chain done by boss but please rework the damage !!!when you take 40% of damage in one attack, it's not normal. and please rework the leveling gear and drop it's not fun to play, I don't want a system like diablo, you can always have a lot of "lottery" in the stats number but please make some stat base on item when you reach a higher difficulty. Like when you pass cruel and even Merciless or more, you have gear with 8life, 10res... serisously it's like winning in lottery in this game why not make always a lottery but you can have a base life stat in cruel of I don't know maybe 30 ?and it will be between 30 and 45-50, so you always have some luck to have better life but you always have minimum 30 life on item and same for the other stats because when I leveling I feels like I have a gear from normal and cruel even I'm on MERCILESS ! I loved this game but for me ATM the game it's not playable and enjoyable. Anyway continue what you do, you do a great work compare to BLizz, you always add a lot of content, take care.
I sense some hardcore players watching that over and over to figure out all the paterns. Surely having a taste of hate will not be a requirement. Hahaha
Nice! I like that character in video is more akin to basic player. That flask choice makes it look more "realistic".

Boss fight seems somewhat repetitive and stage 2 (with adds and totems) lacks epicness in my eyes.
You skipped the part where he dropped 3 blue swords, 5 scrolls and a wetstone.
Where is the info on the ascendancy classes? That elephant in the room ....
No ascendencies reveal ? Couple of days ????!

Everytime it's the same thing, it's not tease it's just bad... Why the most important part : our characters effectivness is not already done 10 days before launch ?
It mean that you implement stuff before nerfing/adjusting the characters ??
How can you test yourself the baddies without the final ascendencies ???

Baby steps, but I'll take it.
Anything to flesh out act 10, because the core experience was a rushed, copy paste pile of garbage.
It's still going to need a lot more then this, but it's progress.
