I use lower level inc attack speed support until I get all missing speed from quality on cull/onslaught support + jewels.
Also blade vortex 21 with two supports in one of the pens is miles better single target than VD. |

Is there anyway to scale more dps @ lvl 90? I got most of what you got right now.
