I got a tabula on one of my runners; no swords yet, both are level 7.

Since level 7, I've been only killing monsters in my way and I can keep two in rotation ok.

I got 5 runners. 3 of them lvl8 the other 2 are 7. No sword yet. what are the chances to get it almost the same time on all of them. Already have 30 hours with all of them.

Even with the shitty roll it's still beautiful.

Now it's not entirely a "complete waste of time". Farming it gave GGG time to fix the bugs that are always present at the start of a new league. Now I can see what all the NET commotion is and find out how clunky netting critters is.

Just to add another data point. On a three runner rotation it took me 15 1/2 hours - one Char 5% into level 8, the other two around 90% into level 7. The variance is because with the first guy I continued to kill adds on the strand in the hope that being at level 8 would improve my odds. For what it's worth it was the lowest-level character that dropped it.
I got one - the thought of trying to grind another .... well, **** that ****.

Are we running straight to the boss or are we going out of our way to kill mobs ?
Trying to farm this thing in SSF.

Prior to level 7 kill along the beach but don't go out of your way since Hillock is far more xp than anything else. Once you have leveled to 7 there is no need to kill anyone but Hillock.

Oni-Goroshi's drop chance has been adjusted. And by 'adjusted', we mean lowered. A lot.
