I'd like to adress that the Brazilian gateway have been lagging a lot for the past week.

You are not the first to complain about this issue. Every time a post about this is always the same thing, no response.
I've tried so many times to help fixing this but the result is temporary. |

This issue really needs some attention.
I am really dissapointed, holidays are coming and not able to play poe is really sad, especially since I really enjoy abyss... |

" I've taken a look at the MTR you've posted. It looks like the spikes in latency are being introduced somewhere between the first and third hops. It then continues through the rest of the trace to the server. These seem frequent enough to increase your average latency by around 5-8ms. The router that's introducing the latency spikes is probably controlled by your internet provider (they're introduced at their end of the trace). If you forward through this info - they might be able to do something with it.  | |

Well I have already talked to my ISP and sent them the winMTR and they said its no problem on their end.
Not sure what more I can do talked to 4 different Support ppl already. @Fitzy_GGG dont you think its weird that so many people with so many different ISP are having the same issues on so many different Gateways? and all that only in the last few days not at the start of the league ? I am not sure anymore that this is an ISP issue. I invested nearly 20 hours now talking to support / changing modem cables / getting my modem replaced / reinstalling poe / using different devices to find the problem. Somehow this has to be poe related or alle the ISP decided to change something at the same time. I guess I have to wait until this is resolved since I cant do anything higher than t3-4 maps on my lvl 90 HC char ... " Hop 1 suggests no problems with your modem. Hop 2 did not respond to the WinMTR test. Hop 3 shows packet loss, which is sustained throughout the rest of the file. Have you shown the WinMTR log to your ISP? It sounds like they just tested your modem, but that doesn’t appear to be the problem. Showing them the log would let them see that there’s an issue - and where it is. "VPs are not required to change their posting style.
