3.1.1c Patch Notes

31 Pages of discussion here and 860 comments on reddit mainly disagreeing with the decision to rebalace the game mid league is not worth dev to even comment on? And again, I don't see VD OP at all comparing with actually op builds in the past that did not care about any mobs/bosses/mechanisms like

-poison doubledip bv,crit bv flaskfinder (trash everything with minimal investments, runs super fast, immune to everything)
-wormblaster (low dps video for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LnXnCXqxkRE)
-mjolner (multistrike autotarget leapslam + discharge, permanent ic, 85+ all res with 95 fire res, 10k es, perm rf, one shot uber ziri split phase)
-low life spec throw (broken whirling blade, kill everything before seeing anything, 8k+ es, immune to stun, instant leech)
-20k es guardian rf (enough dps to do shaper run in 6 mins, kill bosses while afk under most map mods)
-howa raider(immune to status, 10s guardian kill, instant leech, 10k ish es)
-poison double dip bow builds (shaper kill with white bow, super fast map runner)
-totem spectres (No flasks No weapon No Ring No gloves shaper kill. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zXX3xf-mNQ8)
-vaal spark (dominated a few 3 month league ladders in a roll?)
-flameblast (league starter that clears any pack in one hit, 10k+ es, one shot end game bosses https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x5ZcPs4rAsU)

specials:
-You guys need more deeps https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=13At6NoK0mo
-Vessel of Vinktar

Obviously those weren't as broken as 3 more volatile dead balls.

edit:format
edit2: added flameblast

Couple of nice fixes.
and expect more to come... seems the lag kills us manny times! Grrr..!!
🅰🅻🅸🅽 ::: ! ♥ PoE ツ 👌 :::
I have a gaming computer which I bought earlier this year. It has way more than the minimum requirements for playing POE. The game ran smoothly until the 3.1 patch. The arguments placed in this thread go back and forth about needing a better pc, needing to change settings, needing to update drivers; and nothing is said by GGG to the issue. Why did the game run well on most pcs until the patch? What has changed in 3.1 to affect so many computers adversely? I have followed suggestions from game users on the changes I need to make to no avail.

There is one really simple question that GGG could and should answer. Why did so many computers have these problems after the patch? Their lack of concern is disturbing.
very nice fixes but please do something for server stability , its unplayable with those lag spikes all the time :'(

I think this poster has it all wrapped up. Only additions i can offer :-

Motive.

Motive to not replying.

IS it :-
1. Guilt
2. Inadequacy
3. Inability to see this is hurting the future life of their baby and our game.
4. Complete lack of concern about their community.
5. Someone made a decision about loss of revenue from this problem, and the answer was no reply
would do less damage than an honest admission of a royal tits up cock womble of a patch.

Add the lack of concern about the server instability to that grievance.

Low fps = Get better computer, rather than, GGG need to optimze better.

Server issues = It'your ISP rather than, GGG need to investigate the ongoing server complaints regardless of what may be happening on the customers side.

People are able to play so many other online games without issues regardless of slightly wonky ISP service, that is because other games have better server programming in place. GGG need to start working on this.
game runs fine for me

I ll put it here:
Spoiler

The only reason of why it is happening: you all continue to give em money for new MTXes. Why make a good game if you simply can draw new hats and wings for sell?
To argue with a fool means to sink to his level.
There no fix for shite server spike lags, dcs etc.
