Path of Exile 3.1.0: War for the Atlas Patch Notes

lol acuity instant leech goes legacy. How stupid is that?
They have never done anything similar to that i think.
Keep a real unfair mechanic on a legacy item? Joke?

Thought there were supposed to be 10. Despair isn't being counted as a new one is it?

They confessed that the final gem is not going to be ready by the time 3.1 rolls out, so they'll released it in 3.1.0a\b or some other minor update a bit later on.

Am I missing something here?

Yes, the irony. ^^

Musta missed that. Thanks for the clarification!
Where the buffs, dog?
A few bug fixes, the rest is mostly a reduction in viable builds. Life regen is the only way to do end game content now.

PoE has been released for how many years and they still uses the same crappy Wall-of-Text format for patch notes? Come on GGG. Format the notes to make it easier for us mortals to read. I have to wipe the blood from my eyes after every patch.

You could do anything to make it easier. Some examples:
- expanding text boxes ("spoilers" boxes)
- use more headers and sub-headers
- use bold and italics more
- a more legible font
- double space lines *gasp*

My point? Please ditch the same format you've been using for years. PoE seems to be the only game which still uses the archaic Wall-of-Text style patch note style. Other games evolved their notes for a reason.
