[3.5] League Starter W.O.E Sund Slayer / 35c Day 1 Cost / U-Lab Sprinter / High Damage Mitigation
Another quick reminder too, the torrent for the full patch should be coming any minute now from GGG. It's usually around 7-9gigs in size and can be applied 2-3 hours before the start of the new season, so you don't have to get stuck in a 6 hour long download queue trying to get it off their official servers with a million other players at the same time.
Also, Neversink's new lootfilters and his website (http://www.filterblade.xyz/) will NOT be available until 2 hours before the start of the new league. So leave yourself a good 30min before the start of the season to get your new filter setup & saved. The last thing you wanna do is not realise you accidentally don't have nets and new league items blocked out in an old filter that doesn't actually work any more. Here's a few other helpful resources: - POE Lab for finding out the lab layouts every day http://www.poelab.com/ - POE Trade for goods http://poe.trade/ - POE Trade for currency http://currency.poe.trade/ - POE Ninja for finding out the value of items and tracking pricing/economy https://poe.ninja/ - POE Checklist for being able to view a picture of the layouts of every map, to help decide what maps to farm and run / apply shapers upgrade orb's too http://poechecklist.com/#/maps - POE Affix for working out what you can & can't craft onto any item in the game http://poeaffix.net/ac-ring.html - Atlas map website that allows you to position sextants and figure out what maps allow at least 5 of the best sextants on them https://atlas.poekit.net/ Last edited by Adambjjoz on Mar 2, 2018, 12:38:06 AM

Brief item costing for Unique's from Nathan's new build for those considering it (assuming no "Mathil effect" happens)
These are prices of the items as at end of day 2 of the previous 2 seasons: Doon Cuebiyari weapon - 25c Ichimonji weapon - 20c Bringer of Rain helm - 10c Atziri's Promise flask - 3c The Wise Oak flask - 10c Total of 68 chaos for the unique's, the rare items and jewels are probably all around the 2c-8c mark, which is pretty cheap for reasonably effective gear. It's worth noting that with so many new builds coming along this season, the BoR helm is likely to be as expensive as 40c still on day 2 for this season. Ultimately that's still a guess though and in saying that, the same may happen to the Carnage Amulet in our build too. I still think his build is excellent value for the still relatively cheap cost. Comparatively speaking, this build at the end of day 2 was 45c total, including all the rare's and flasks/jewels too. So there's very little cost difference between them in the grand scheme of things. Last edited by Adambjjoz on Mar 2, 2018, 4:19:51 AM

Im thinking abt starting this build as league starter :D
Its been a toss between Lifting's and this. Will be doing ulab for the first time as league starter :D Anyone here done both builds that can give pro cons? Any help would be appreciated
Adam, thanks for your detailed explanation between two builds. In the Abyss League, I had played a BF build but with a completely different set of stats. That build depended on dodge and instant leech. It was actually pretty cheap and the best build I've played for boss killing.
I think I will try your build at the start of the league an go on from there. Last edited by Fenelon on Mar 2, 2018, 6:55:48 AM

Hi guys.
For anyone who want's it, here's the public link to this build's custom levelling Neversink Lootfilter. http://www.filterblade.xyz/#C7m1fJXpu8sI I just finished updating it for the new league starting in two hours, after Neversink updated the site. Check the filter out, it's especially useful in that I have it set to show item's that drop through the entire levelling process that fit the needs for linked items with the correct colours for every item slot, amongst other helpful changes. You can even just load it up and then edit it for your own preferences, too. Hope it's of some use for some of you.
" Lifting's U-Lab build is excellent and I would recommend it to everyone. It definitely works as he says it does. The main differences are that his build has more DPS and can push all the way to T15/Guardians content successfully. It is a bit slower overall though and not immune to phys reflect or as safe defensively as this build is. There will also be days with Lifting's build where certain combinations of buffs to Uber Atziri will leave you unable to take his hits or survive, unlike this build. The other major noteable is that Lifting's build is way more expensive - but having said that, you'll get way more out of the build for that investment too. Lifting's build is aimed at those who want an all-in-one character who can level ok, do the Uber Lab with ease and then progress through unlocking the Atlas map's up to T16 comfortably - which it does do. This build however is a specifically designed tanky super fast Uber Lab runner, that also by chance happens to be a great extremely cheap league starting character to level up and then cruise through maps till about T10. This build does not have capacity to do end game content though, it's not designed for it at all. It's meant to simply be a safe and tanky extremely fast Uber Lab runner that will generate massive profit quickly in the Lab's, so you can then take that investment in week 2 onwards of the new league and make an awesome mapping character & an awesome end-game farming character. Hope that helped.
" Thanks, didn't have time to update my own version before league start. Gonna check it out. Cheers!
" Feels like you're reading my mind, man. I was just about to make myself a leveling filter exactly like this and just checked the thread once more and saw this. Thanks again.
Hey what should i 4l sunder with before getting a BoR?

Just wanted to pop in here and say this build is awesome. First time I've league-started with a lab runner, and this build makes it a breeze. Purchased all the core uniques, hit level 80, and just jumped straight into uber lab. As long as you play the fight well and don't run through the traps like a doofus you'll be having a great time.
