ALL HAIL PRESIDENT TRUMP

The rightwing told us corporations are people. The right are the reason corporations own this country and now they bitch about it. Maybe if the right had some actual creativity outside of shit posting they could create some of these innovative company's.

Funny to hear the right whine about being persecuted because they can't say bigoted and racist shit on twitter. Before the internet you actually had to say it in real life and you had consequences to that speech. Now the right want to say anything without consequences. The world never worked that way.

The right are suckers always falling for these youtube people. Will fall for anything they say as long as it's not mainstream tv. People like Dave Rubin & Tim Pool and the like who claimed to be left of center. Yet only hang out with right wing people and complain about any leftwing policy. They gobble up that propaganda up.

It's using it whether it's choosing to stop doing business somewhere because of abhorrent policies, or choosing to continue doing business there despite those policies. That is, politics doesn't only start when you step beyond the status quo. There is no neutral position; supporting the way things are is a political decision too. So we may as well take the political decisions that do some good.

we should also seize the means of production to reduce those unhealthy concentrations of power and wealth.

Erm no, it is not communism. The right of a government to seize property is called expropriation. It is similar to whether Trump can Use Emergency Powers to Seize Property to Build the Wall. According to the Constitution, it is allowed but mandates payment of "just compensation" to the owner.

As if Gus wasn't talking about Marxism.
When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.

They used to be left of center, but they aren't anymore. It's basically empirical fact that the Democrats have been shifting further left than the GOP has been shifting further right. I mean for fucks sake, we have self-proclaimed socialists running under the Democrat banner and winning primary challenges.

Holy shit, how could that have happened? Obviously it's not because people like Dave Rubin and Tim Pool immigrated from the left to the right, while maintaining essentially the same platforms. That'd make too much sense.

If the point is getting it for free, that is nothing communist either. More like legalized robbery. That is just mean, evil and wrong. I can make a Good wicked plan but these questions would be better for people to not know.

Communism Is Just a Red Herring. I assert that Soviet Union is a state capitalist, has the characteristics and features of one.

Socialism emphasize using taxation as a means for more equitable distribution of wealth among the people. It works within the framework of the capitalism economic system.

Stick with taxation, socialists. I am sure tax is legal.

Republicans called Obama a Socialist and Communist and he was a Republican light. Do you actually think a democratic socialist is the same as a Socialist? Im glad many on the left don't want the Clinton corporate democrats but the FDR types. Lots of extremely far right people have won since the Tea Party days till now.

Are you really trying to claim that citizens united and a party that is all about big business drove a left leaning person to the right?

Rubin tried to claim stefan molyneux was the new center. Anyone who thinks that is completely blind. These channels are pure propaganda and the right are ignorant enough to fall for it. You don't claim to support someone like Tulsi Gabbard and then shit on all her polices like Tim Pool. These people are like the #walkaway gimmick which was 99% of republicans claiming to be Democrats. The only platform they have is based on money. They manufacture outrage from very gullible people.

Didn't you say that you lived in El paso?

For fun I used Google maps to look up my old house on Buena Vista Street there in El Paso. It's still there as well as the school that I went to, Clardy Elementary School. We moved away in 1962. The end of Buena Vista used to be just the Rio Grande. Of course, that's still there but there's wall and fencing so I suspect that the Mexican kids have a much tougher time going down the street on Halloween to get candy. :-)

I remember that downtown there was a very small pond with a concrete pillar fence around it about 2 feet high. The interesting thing about it was that someone had put a couple of alligators in there and they grew into a family of a dozen or so gators. I could take the bus downtown from the corner of Buena Vista Street and Alameda Ave and the gator pool downtown was right by the big bus hub downtown. My favorite thing was throwing the gators something to eat in order to get them to move.

The other thing I remember about El Paso is that there were some cockroaches there that were so big that you needed a leash to walk them around.

edit: I found it!

There's a particular variant of proto-Marxism that I call "ethnocommunism." Ethnocommunism is the belief that government should enforce equality of outcome not necessarily on an individual-to-individual basis (that would be full, not proto, communism), but on the collective basis of racial averages, by institutionalizing racism against "winning" races and favoring "losing" races. I say ethnocommunism is proto-Marxist because it brings people ideologically closer to communism by having them view success less as choice and more as deterministic.

Obama was the ethnocommunist. And a wildly successful one. By 2015 99% of Democrats and a vast majority of independents were ethnocommunists, such that GOP pragmatism seemed to point towards an ethnocommunist nominee so as to compete for swing votes. Ethnocommunism achieved Orwellian doublethink levels of reinforcement — for instance, the belief that even wanting to kill white people for being white couldn't make a black man racist, and "racist" itself redefined as "one who does not practice ethnocommunism."

It is not surprising, then, that a recent poll had 41% of Americans say socialism would be good for the US. Of course, it would be a disaster.

But as I carefully pointed out, ethnocommunism is only proto-Marxist, which would fairly make Obama a proto-socialist, not a full socialist. And in a few ways, Obama was a can of Bush Lite, e.g. military interventionism, fracking, and Obamacare. It seemed to me that BHO wanted ethnocommunism but not the actual socialist that would predictably follow.

That like asking me if a chocolate donut is the same thing as a donut. I don't have enough information about the latter to know if they're the same thing or not.

False. Zero self-proclaimed fascists have won anything, unless you count a deplatforming as a prize.

Not by itself, no. In tandem with the rise of intersectional ethnocommunism and its online rage mobs, yes.

Molyneux literally says government deserves to exist (although some of his other positions contradict this partially). A government with no power cannot be left (e.g. wealth redistribution) nor truly right (e.g. abortion laws) — although when Molyneux contradicts himself and wants government to do things, they're usually right-wing things. I'd put him at center-right with a right-wing comment section.

They remodeled San Jacinto Plaza about 4 years ago. Totally blocked off construction for many months. They get done and there's all these stone gator statues. Kinda wondered what that was all about.

.@SadiqKhan, who by all accounts has done a terrible job as Mayor of London, has been foolishly “nasty” to the visiting President of the United States, by far the most important ally of the United Kingdom. He is a stone cold loser who should focus on crime in London, not me......

....Kahn reminds me very much of our very dumb and incompetent Mayor of NYC, de Blasio, who has also done a terrible job - only half his height. In any event, I look forward to being a great friend to the United Kingdom, and am looking very much forward to my visit. Landing now!

Always willing to help!
