Are these going to be attainable at points other than endgame?

The item on the top left looks like maybe a cold/heat conversion jewel for the skill tree. The flask probably has to do with Jade/dex/poison since it's green and it looks like snakes wrapped around it. The piece on top to far right looks more like a unique map than anything. The lower left shield has a polished or mirror looking effect in it's center. Maybe some kind of reflect item? The staff next to it might be chaos based or have something to do with chaos since it's got a purple gem on top.

" Indeed welcome to 2017, where people can't even spell four letter words. Most uniques are actually fairly useful, just not your gg endgame items that you wish them to be. A lot of them are good substitutes during leveling or have rather useful but niche effects that you would discover if you ever bothered to try them out. | |
