[3.0] SonicSunder, FAST/BUDGET/BEGINNER, 7.5M DPS, FACETANK ALL BOSSES, 7 FRENZIES, VIDEOS

"
Clearly I'm doing something wrong. Any help is appreciated. Feels like I hit a wall against survivability in Act 5. My gear must absolutely awful. My resistances aren't capped. The damage seems good against everybody but bosses. The minor Gods are absolutely melting me. Any tips on how to better gear my character so I can survive? I'm liking Sunder a lot and don't want to give up now lol.

I feel your pain somewhat - currently Act 8 on Hardcore and really struggling for single target damage - and also feel very squishy.

Any tips? I just feel like I take so much damage from hits and that's fine, as long as bosses drop quickly (which they aren't).

6L tabula for damage, 4L/5L brass dome for tankiness.

When you finish uber lab, you'll get 40% MORE damage, which really ramps everything up and takes SonicSunder to a whole new level.

Follow the levelling guide under additional information for levelling tips.

Cap your resists first for defense. Gear stat priorities:

DPS > Attack speed > cap resists > Life > IIQ (Bisco's, ventor's, sadima's, etc)

EDIT:

Got some juicy new culling strike offhands which, surprisingly enough, works for sunder

Why is The Princess sword is better than tempestous steel?
ANSWER
30% Princess is actaully better than tempestous steel because it works for more builds, and has lower APS, resulting in faster whirling blades

Things have gotten better now for sure. I had to fumble through the early minor gods but was able to level up quickly enough to finally get my Soul Taker and Prismatic Eclipse. This build feels and plays a lot differently with these weapons now. I'm having a blast. Leaping into crowds not giving a crap. Then everything dies instantly. I have about 10 chaos left of currency, so I'll be looking to upgrade my gloves and boots soon.

What is the recommended ascendancy order? I took Pain Reaver first.

Life leech is the main here.

For easy killing look for Culling strike sword, its working on bosses(shaper/uatizri/izaro):

Killed uatziris like 12 times. Also i have 2 videos with uatziri kill, but not deathless(i working on it) and its look like this:
First boss: easy
Second bosses(trio): medium
Uatziri: medium/hard (really need mobility skills)

Also this boots help on uatizri(dont look at gems):

Here test video(yt destroyed my quality), only uatziri boss.

very cool vid heyu!!
Nice video Heyu, keep it up!

Mathil also has a video guide for his gladiator sunder, but I think mine is both faster and tankier. Here are some tips of his for uber bitch: https://youtu.be/RF5q6vfvEF0?t=553

New update!
Gear/links for uber lab

Use one respec point to take out vaal pact. Should be able to facetank at around 5k life, keep using enduring cry and pot on big hits for ez facetank

Hello, first of all... AWESOME BUILD!!! I've been having fun this week with this build leveled fast and can tank almost everything with my current gear. I just wanted to know something, I'm still pretty new to the game and the mechanics and I was doing some tier 9, 10 and 11 maps without any problem, even beachheads. The question here is that I've been doing those maps without any problem but I think that my life is kinda low right now if I try to run tier 16 maps so is there something I could change or improve on my build or should I just keep leveling and getting more life nodes?

Also any tips to run Uber lab? I died twice while trying to do it for first time to get my ascendancy and I will try to get my enchants by myself if there's an easier way to do it.

Thanks for the build, awesome damage and tanky as fuck. I'll try to get to lvl 100 with this build.

Just curious, why do you get so much regen when It has no effect on you with Vaal Pact? You said you go Stone golem which only regenerates life. in the leve 40 tree you swing down and get the +10% max health and regen node. Just curious, thanks

Also, why take vaal pact so early if you have no leech? I would like to use this build in the upcoming race do you have any suggestions on gearing on mostly self found stuff I feel pretty weak on mostly self found gear(plus it will be difficult to fill so many jewel slots early).

Tips are greatly appreciated.

thanks again

Hey there, all.

I am somewhat new to the game as of a month ago, and I have a friend helping me out a bit. I am wondering if I could possibly have one of you pros look at my tree / gear / gem setup and make some solid reccomendations for my current level?

I would greatly appreciate the help. I love this build, and I love this game.

Thank you

You have to go in your settings and set you characters to public, can't see them otherwise!
