Actually I find that phys reflect is doable even without switching gems. I just need to keep up my endurr charge and fortify up at all times by jumping into mobs first then I wont die to reflect.

For sure! Everything in combination will definitely be able to help with reflect. The boss may become a problem though if you don't have everything up.

To list some things that will help with phys reflect: Fortify, endurance charges, doedre's flask to proc savage hit for 100% life steal, taste of hate, basalt, pantheon, sybil's ring, list goes on. Most of the time I save up my phys reflect maps and do them all once I level, or try to get them sold.

1.Get jewels 7%hp. There is 7 sockets
2.Change abyssus for some more tanky (devoto,starkonja,rare helm with life/res ). You need some life pool to get care of abyssus debuff. 40% sunder dmg enchant is cheap in these helms.
3.Low fire res
4.Low life on gloves

Been playing this build for the past 2 days and I'm actually quite enjoying it. Currently lvl89 atm, and it's been going pretty smooth so far up to t15 maps, but haven't tried guardians/shaper or any other end game bosses yet. Only question is, for upgrades what should I focus on next?

+1 frenzy/curse amulet, insanity gloves for better clear speed (especially if you plan to get to lvl 100 like me) and +1endurance belt.

Max your resists (should be 76/75/75). With 4k life and max resists, mapping should be very very safe.

Uber atziri viable with some tweaks, not good at HOGM, but can do leo quests very comfortably. I haven't skipped a leo quest yet, and my leo is soon to be lvl 6. I win ~90% of my 1 v 1 duels.
