Definately a solid pick, my only problem with this belt is that you will need a lot of resists on other pieces of the gear, but it can be done, it's just really hard ;p

hm im got 118% fire, 128% cold res and 100% lighting, -19% chaos with that belt. so if I'm
influence with elemental weakness I still have a cup. And Dying Sun gives 50% more fire res.

Try to push you fire res higher the cold if its possible, since Wise Oak has 2 uses and DS only 1, if you run out of charges then Wise Oak doesn't give you penetration :)

Anyway, good job on getting your resistances with this belt, I was struggling a bit with Stygian ;P

I made a rookie mistake lol, for some reason I though Dying Sun had the same amount of charges used as Vinktar. My bad, it's late and I should be in bed by now...

Finally!

I will reroll helmet for more good stat. But now 10k eHP (5.1k hp + 4.9k es), 50k hideout dps (drop from 59k Pure Life).
PS: sometimes it's scary that the boss oneshot faster than accumulate a shield.

Is Vaal Pact required for all versions of this build ?
Or is the thief's torment ring enough ?

You don't need VP with MoM version, as you can get pretty decent regen and doubling on life/mana gain is enough. If you don't go MoM, then VP is highly recommended. You can also try using Elder rings with life gain on hit instead of Thiefs, but it will be more expensive.

ES gain on hit with Discipline (Watcher's Eye) for Life+ES versions is also pretty good.

How are you capping all the resistances? There are very few resistances gear =(

Also, how would the Asecndency passive mastermind of discord work with Xoph's blood Amulet ?

Can I go Brutus Life+ES+Mom without Vaal Pact and do uber lab ?

Shield, mainly, can roll with a lot of resistances. Other then that, pathing up to bottom part of Scion tree to grab resists/jewel there is a good idea. I consider Life+ES expensive also because you need to afford gear with plenty of resistances along with Strength.

With Mastermind, you only have to use a skill, you don't need to deal any lightning/cold damage to trigger it.

I would not recommend normally Life+ES for Uber lab farming. Life+ES+MoM without VP will have an easier time, but I might not be optimal against traps.



PSA: I was putting it off for too long, but I have added Full ES version that reaches 8.5k ES and very good dps (on par with Pure Life version) with Xoph's Blood and decent gear. Potentially 9.5k with Clarity Watcher's, but the "ES gained on hit" might be better for general gameplay and facetanking.
