[BR] Constant ping spikes (Tracert, Ping, WinMTR)

Thanks Fitzy. It seems to get better at midnight, then around 12pm-1pm the packet loss comes back, roughly 50% of the day with packet loss, not sure if that helps but just some extra info.

The issue is caused by the peer 187.16.220.213/21 and this belongs to AS263569 Direct WiFi Telecom / http://www.directwifi.com.br. From the MTR we see packet-loss from this provider.

The most common reason will be the link congestion during that time.

We already send an email to their support team and hope they will replay to as asap.

Today's test, still having the lag spikes on São Paulo server, the game is only playable on other servers where there's no lag spikes, hope it gets fixed soon.

Run the WinMTR for at least 5 minutes and make a pastebin so that they can better communicate with their service provider.

So what it means is that during the day we can't play without packet loss, but after midnight the connection might be alright again, sadly i can't afford to play after midnight.
