[BR] Constant ping spikes (Tracert, Ping, WinMTR)

Still happening constant lag spikes (from 15ms~25ms to insane >200ms) at Sao Paulo gateway. It doesn't seems to be ISP concern. Game is unplayable for me right now.
Just an update, seems to be fixed since 1pm.
Just to update, problem still persists in here. Had to quit the league for now.

GGG please tell these guys to get their shit together.

And I would also suggest calling your ISP as well. That is literally right in the middle of your trace provider wise. If they catch shit from both ends, that might motivate them to actually do something. Either way, a service provider is going to have to escalate the issue as it is neither part of your ISP's infrastructure, nor GGG's providers' either. If you talk to your ISP, make sure that they see your MTR so they can forward that info along for when it does get escalated.

The thing with Brazil and its ISPs is...

a) Call and manage to reach anyone who can actualy do ANYTHING... About 2 hours on the phone (if you are very lucky)
b) Solving the most basic issues... About 3 hours
c) Solving something like this... Just never gonna happen =/

That's just it. They don't have to fix anything on your end at all. You don't need to sit on the phone for 3 hours. Tell them that hop is fucked up and ask them to send it up the chain since you KNOW that the person you are talking to can't do squat. No one at your ISP can do anything about it. The only thing they have to do is escalate it to whoever owns that hop.

Give them the info, let them deal with it. Sure, they are going to just probably do nothing or try and placate you. Who cares. At least you did yell at them. Ya never know. It's just like trying to deal with Comcast or any other shitty ISP here in the states. If they can pass off the work to someone else, I am fairly certain they will,...if they even try that is.

Still unplayable as of today
Yeah, game dc'd around 1pm for me and it was shit again when it came back, back to 5-10%~ packet loss.
Same problem with the BR server. I`m playing from Argentina and japan servers have less ping.

Seriusly WTF?

And?

This isn't in GGG's circle of control and this isn't an issue that they can fix. No idea what you want them to do about it. If you post a MTR and give them something to work with, they MIGHT be able to get their provider to escalate it down the line, but that is all that they can do and it is certainly more than they have to do. You could at least try and give them some useful information so they have some bullets in their gun that they can fire.

GGG has about as much of a chance of getting something done about it as you do, but if you'd complain to your ISP, then that middle provider would get complaints from both ends and that would benefit all of you as it may trigger them into doing something about it.

But by all means, sit here and just complain and give no information whatsoever; I am sure that will help speed things up and get it fixed quickly...
