[BR] Constant ping spikes (Tracert, Ping, WinMTR)

Started around 2-3 days ago, ping will go from the usual 15ms to anywhere between 200-400, happens every 5-15 seconds on average, extremely hard to play. Seems to be packet loss?

São Paulo - BR

Ping -n 100:

Everything else seems to be working fine other than PoE with 4-10% packet loss and can't upload to imgur directly for some reason.

Yep, I'm having the exact same problem, at the exact same node and it strated about 2-3 days ago. Posted this thread here https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2009953 , had no response.

This one is from today.

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

Also seems like you're using gvt, I got net, so most likely not ISP related, idk.
I've noticed the this problem too and started chating through email with support. I don't know much of this problem but it only happens in the Sao Paulo gateway, i've tested in others servers and it only occures in Sao Paulo.

I've also tested the server through WinMTR: https://pastebin.com/RvzpP0GA
Two other friends, one from RJ and the other from MG are having the exact same problem at the exact same node.

Why would a civil non-profit in Brazil care what some indie dev in NZ says?

I get that this interferes with your ability to play the game, and that this is obviously frustrating for you, but please don't act like GGG is responsible for fixing every problem with the internet. They might forward on a few WinMTRs, but they've no authority over the situation.

I'm not 'Sarno' on Discord. I don't know who that is.
Yea no, I'm not gonna derail the thread. GGG didn't address this thread nor the first one I created so I just added a bit of information with a little venting and bumped it. It's obvious it's not all on their range of action, but there are many other games with servers/gateways in Brazil who are not having to deal with that node. So yea, they COULD have some power over the situation. But even if they can't do anything about it and came here to tell us, "sorry folks, noting we can do", I'd be fine with it. I'm just trying to make a bit of noise so this can pick their attention, that's all. I'm not here to pick a fight with you or anyone, but since you went all the way to find out who owns that node, I thought it should be noble to at least answer you.

Not sure if saying shit is against the forum rules, but shit if it is.
Most frustrating leveling experience ever with those spikes, sad that we can't do much.
Seems to have stabilized now, just past midnight. Let's see how tomorrow goes!
Yep didn't last long, terrible latency again.
Yes, to no one's surprise it goes away when traffic is really low, probably because that as36351.saopaulo.sp.ix.br node is overloaded. A.K.A. shitty infrastructure. (not on GGGs part mind you)

So if you can play from 1 to 5 am, knock yourself out.
