so ive been playing with the spinner and that harbinger is definitely noticeable. Ive been trying to buy one, but the price jumped 10ex in a week.. Last i looked they were 12-14, now theyre 23-25.. The arctic breath setup is quite nice imo, temp chains is not that useful. I would keep the arctic breath but drop the temp chains. What about to start new league with this build? Qnique boots, gloves, belt with quanity; no jewel Lioneye's Fall; Rats nest for crit; rings Thief's Torment for res and quanity; instead of Windripper some rare bow with elem dps; rare crit quiver. Later buy bisco->windripper->Lioneye's Fall. What do you think about this, can it farm t10 maps with boss kill? Hi, liked your build, in Passive Tree u use Soul Raker points (for claws), its needed only for leech, cause i'm confused. And can u improve Leveling section?
