The ability to refund the MTX within 10 minutes (if it's not consumable such as the weapon transfer MTX), or to be able to equip it and see how it looks on your character/hideout. IE: I bought the energy dome for the hideout which I'm not using because... I don't like how it fits the hideout, I'd happily refund it if possible.

Rarely.

Some of them are, but not really, not for where I live. Microtransactions are super expensive even with discount.

I think both are great for different purposes. Sales based on theme are cool for those who want to get some thematic set of cosmetics, while sales based on type are good if you have item for some slot missing.

Majority.

1. In-game notification if item on watchlist goes on sale.
2. In-game ability to add/remove items to watchlist.
3. Instead of single item on login screen show theme of current sale.

Been watching now the game since 2014, started playing November 2016 right in time for Breach (best league imho). Since then I've purchased the pheonix pack, the Kitava pack, and every top tier league based pack. I believe that even though it's a free to play game the Devs deserve the constant financial support because of the amazing game they've put together.

Now onto the questions:

How often do you check the daily deals?

Every night at 12am. I wait until midnight everyday to go to sleep so I can see what's on sale.

Do you feel that Daily Deals are accessible enough?

I do believe so. I check the home page then based off the general theme of the few featured MTX's I'll go to the specials page in the shop.

I have no idea what this is.

I personally prefer micro transaction type. By this point in time I have A LOT of MTX and I tend to notice that when the MTX is on sale by theme then I'm less likely to buy. I have a bunch of fire, chaos, lightning.. Etc. but if it's by type then I tend to buy more often. For example, I'm never looking for a specific theme of MTX, but I've waited months for shields to go on sale and specific weapon MTX's. I also believe ou get to see more overall MTX if you go by type rather than theme.

What percentage of your microtransaction purchases would you estimates are made because of daily deals?

I'd say that 70% of my MTX transactions have been made through daily deals. Let me rephrase that, 70% of MTX transactions that have not gone to purchasing chests (I've probably dropped more than 4000 coin on chests). It's situation though. I have such a surplus of MTX that I no longer feel the need to pay full price for a specific MTX, but instead wait for it to come on sale. Also, the larger the amount of coin I have the more likely I'll buy not from daily deals.

Are there any features that you would like to see added to how Daily Deals work?

If possible, a preview system for how the MTX looks on my character in real time, I've purchased many MTX I've slightly regretted after trying them on.
Personally, I'd also like to see a schedule for maybe a week in advance on what's planned to go on sale. Many times in the past I've wanted to wait for something to go on sale, but I'm not sure when that would be so I'd purchase the MTX, and then the next day it would go on sale and I'd be kicking myself for it. If there was a schedule laid out so players can see what will be on sale each fay in the current week I think it would be beneficial. I believe more people would spend coin overall because they'd get to see a daily deal a few days in advance and it could spark interest in an MTX they never thought of buying before.

- i would always like bigger deals, but its still a good bit of accessibility

- When i remember to, to me its a reminder of "Oh yeah, i did want this particular thing in the daily deal"

- I do like theme based ones, but if type-based ones are necessary to showcase everything, i don't mind it.

- I would estimate around a 70-85%, im quite the money pincher despite my spending ways

- Yes indeed - PLEASE; When you put a sale on a armor set, PLEASE FOR GODS SAKE PLEASE include the individual pieces. Some sets i only want certain parts of, and never being able to get a sale on them makes my moneypinching ways never buy those pieces, since i wouldn't be saving on buying the entire set, (smart marketing strategy sure, but man i just want the helm of certain sets tho) I believe i am not alone in the notion, so you'd prolly be able to earn more than you may possibly "lose" on this prospect.

-Would love to see an upcoming list or upcoming deals, would hate to buy something right before it goes on sale or know when someone would be going on sale so I could wait! With MTX overall I would love a feature to be able to try out the MTX in the first place.

Every so often, generally when prompted for new stuff ingame ill have a peek. Occasionally when reddit mentions them too.

I think both are good. Some of the theme stuff has been great eg 'sale on 2h axe mtx' because i can see all the available ones for that slot.

perhaps an 'upcoming sales' section which details the next 1 or 2 sales coming up.

Every day when I have points to spend or waiting for some mtx to come on sale, less often when I don't.

Depends. Some of them (especially the ones that have been in the shop for a long time) should have a higher discount.

Yes, but I wish it were available in-game.

I prefer sales based on theme. It's more likely that I will buy a point pack if I see a group of similarly themed microtransactions on sale.

I would like to see a coming soon feature (i.e. "These microtransactions will be on sale sometime next week."), as well as an in-game watchlist. It would also be nice to see more individual pieces of armour sets on sale, since I don't always want a full armor set, but a certain piece to match to skin transfers.
