How often do you check the daily deals?
Only when I see it at the login page or on the website, I dont go out of my way to do it.

Do you feel that Daily Deals are accessible enough?
Yes.

Not currently.

Do you prefer sales based on theme or microtransaction type?
Type could be better, if someone isnt interested in the theme, yet wants skill MTXs.

Honestly, instead of doing a set thing every day, you could do something different for everyone based on what theyre currently playing. Could probably make more money this way.

- I'm not sure I understand this question. I have no issues reviewing the deals in-game, or in-browser.

- No

- I think theme based micro transactions are amazing, though run the risk of impacting the potential MTX combinations of a random draw.
What percentage of your microtransaction purchases would you estimates are made because of daily deals?
- I've purchased over $500 USD worth of MTX over the years with I'd say roughly 60% being specials.
Are there any features that you would like to see added to how Daily Deals work?
- Being able to preview that piece you want! Often there's excess skin exposed when you try and use a specific helmet, though you only realise this once you've already paid. This can be ultimately deflating. Other than that I think there's no issues.

Probably around 90% of them lately.

For the Daily Deals, mostly a better preview on login. That said, the shop needs a massive overhaul: item preview on character (or a free refund for 5 or 10mn so you can check it out), better sorting and categories. It's quite obvious the shop system is pushed to its limits with the amount of MTX currently in game and scrolling through everything is tedious.

- In the past, as often as I play the game, which is almost everyday. But now that I own most of mtx I like, I rarely check them.

- I really really want sales on individual piece of armor set. To fill those I missed from mysterious box.

Here's a bit of feedback you may not like to hear: I think you should stop these daily/rotating sales. All you're doing is lowering the perceived value of the MTX you are offering. Everyone who's not a "whale" just waits for a sale, and therefore you may as well always have it on "sale" because that's the price it will be bought at 90% of the time anyways.

Virtually everyone I know always waits for a sale, especially for Stash tab related things. I know those are your biggest money-maker. Ever wonder how much more money you'd have if you didn't have sales for those? If you had priced the currency tab at 200 points and said it would never go on sale, I'd still buy it. But no. Instead I got it for 60 points just like everyone else I know.

That's issue you deal with when selling arbitrarily-priced virtual goods in a F2P game. You set the price, and people value that thing based on it. When you lower that price temporarily, the perceived value of that thing is lowered permanently. Thus whenever you release a new MTX that someone likes, their first thought becomes "when will this go on sale" rather than "I'm buying this now".

I also think that rotating sales are annoying for customers. When you know something will go on sale, it creates an experience where paying full price feels wrong. Buying things becomes a waiting game, and then you miss it and now you have to wait a month again. I'd much rather have you guys confidently say "this is worth X points, period."

I know it would be hard to say, "no more sales" now that people are used to them. People would like that as much as they like nerfs. However, even if you did a model where you charged X price for the first month and then reduced it permanently thereafter, it would be better than this rotating thing.

Theme, that way if a good theme is on sale I can just buy it all and not have to wait any longer for the other pieces

Maybe have a popup whenever I log in and an item on my watch list is on sale. E-mail isn't something I keep up with too much, so an in-game notification would work better at getting me to notice.

50/50 : Coin from supporter packs get used up on the spot, coin bought straight up gets used up on deals

Are there any features that you would like to see added to how Daily Deals work?
Preview on your character: I would like to be able to go to a zone say 10x10 where skills/spells would work and i can preview all micro transactions on my character. I can build my character's look and then at the end press "purchase all: Cost xxxCoin"
