What about the new abyssal jewels? minion dmg if you'used a minion skill recently its pretty sick imo
Using this also. 20% minion dmg + 8% cast speed when you just used a minion skill sounded pretty OP.

do u know if u can stack the jewel effect of minion dmg ?

Hi !!!

As a new player in PoE, i start a another SRS youtuve build with +2Staff. When i begin t11+, it was very tought, die a lot. I decide to find antoher build. That's why i chose this one. I have really fun experience with this new build. Love shield charge !

Could you help me to give a list of goal i need to complete in order to upgrade my character?

Reading this post, i can have many:

- ubber lab to get last 2 points in ascendancy
- +1 socketed gem in tabula corrupted (+1gem in Belly seems too expensive atm)
- get blood of the karui potion
- max my gem try to corrupt them
- fesh offering an other helmet
- craft speed minion on ring (seems impossible ^^)

I certainly miss manything abvious as a new player in this game.
dps seems ok. But i miss lot of survability (Life 4284 and shield 283). Have lot of difficulties with bosses and some abyss mobs.

My budget: 9 Exalted Orb farm with the chaos recipe :s

minion speed on the rings come from using a certain essence on white rings

Minion Speed Enchant on Rings/Ammy comes from Essence of Fear. Make sure you grab ilvl 83/84 Normal Quality ring of whatever basetype (Recommend Unset and Coral, but go with Ruby/Topaz, etc, if not capped). For most gameplay, Screaming Essence of Fear will net you about 19-22% Minion Speed per ring/ammy. All in all, I have not needed more than that, though Huy did craft with Deafening Essences last league. Screaming, however, goes for 1C a pop and can get you great starting rings.

Priorities on Rings vary depend on your needs, but high health, a form of resist (or two!) and primary stats (Dexterity to get the 155 needed for Haste/Vaal Haste) is preferable, but find what works for you.

Do NOT use a ring with x to x Fire Damage, or x to x Cold Damage. Your minions deal Fire and Cold Damage and will mess up your Elemental Equilibrium proc from Shield Charge/Orb of Storms/Vaal Lightning Trap.

Be prepared to Scour/Essence a few times before you get something useful.

Yep, seems very difficult to have with good other stats. i would think that i need focus on other stuff more important, no ? But i don't know how begin, what upgrade first. I don"t want to waste money, any advice ?

if i go to craft rings, it may me be a good idea to craft ring first and then build your stuff around with the lacking stats on the other parts (boots, amulet, belt).

I'm using culling strike with my SRS setup and for me works fine, mostly on bosses, %dmg + att speed is very good too... Why nobody consider using this support? Am i missing something? Needs opinions, please, my char profile is public, so you can see my gear set up... P.S. Uber Izaro is done with 5 sec, final stage... Thank you and hope for opinions about this. Cheers!

Two of the required uniques are considered budget friendly at this time, which is the Grip of the Council Gloves and The Scourge Claw. If you're not concerned with absolutely perfect stats, you can pick up both for ~40C.

After that is a prioritization of what's most important to you. For me, it was overall survival versus damage. I wanted to get rid of my Tabula as soon as I could, because I started to die a lot in mid-tier (T7-T11) maps. A 'beginner' Belly of the Beast is about 50-60C right now. Again, not perfect stats, but something to start with. You can 5L it using the Jeweller's Touch prophecy, and use chromatic orbs to get the desired colors. I was able to drop down to a 5L and continue to progress due to the added toughness. That will at least get you started, which can open up resources for other gear. I was able to do T14 Vault farming on a 5L with no problems.

Lycosidae is obviously the most expensive investment of the build, aside from L4 Empower and the recommended Jewels (if going for the non-abyss jewels). There hasn't been enough research done or time spent in Path of Building to know for sure which is better Abyss vs. Original, at least on my end. I've been meaning to test it for some time.

You can pick up a lot of resists in Jewels, regardless of which type you decide to use. I say find good gear and fill in what you're missing through jewels, and if need be, taking resist nodes on the passive tree.

As far as your rings, as long as you can get life (70+) and at least once resist (25%+) you're golden. You can then add what you're missing as long as there's space on the ring to enchant. :)

Abyss Jewels are REALLY strong. For minion builds as well.

You will prioritize:
% increased minion damage if you have used a minion skill recently (DPS, always active since SRS is a minion skill)
Minions have % increased attack and cast speed if you or your minions have killed recently (DPS, not good for bosses)
Minions have % chance to blind enemies on hit (this is SUPER Strong defensively)
Minions deal X - Y additional Physical Damage (converts better than fire dmg)
X to maximum life

Given that normal jewels are only % increased maximum life and % increased minion damage, those Abyss jewels clearly win out in damage, whilst the normal jewels win out in HP value.

Thank you for this. I've been dreading spending the time in PoB to update the guide. This helps give me a more concrete place to start. Much appreciated.

Ty!

Have both Lycosidae and grip of the council. this slot is ok.
Yes, you right survival is the most important. So i buy 6L belly 3R3B now i hit 4900 hp.

Yep, abyss Jewels are really strong. Try to change it. Additional choas, cold or lightning damage for minions doesn't add dps as well ?
Hey guys, i've made a little change here and put Arc+Curse on Hit+Elemental Weakness+CULLING STRIKE. That culling strike helps a lot to proc The Scourge, it's a nice change for those who wants more wolves.
