How can I make an effective use of the Scourge? I just reached 72 and got myself a Scourge. Getting it to proc is rather difficult since your minions don't proc it. It's a regular Scourge, not one that is corrupted with Culling Strike. Is it required to have Culling Strike on your Scourge?

The chances of getting a kill with Shield Charge and/or Orb of Storm is rather small. I usually get like 2-3 wolfs on a map. How can I proc Scourge at a decent rate? Perhaps linking Shield Charge/Orb of Storm with Culling Strike? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

How do i make EE work when i have nothing to proc it with?... also ur earlyer game tree is so odd Early MoM early EE? with no way to proc it wth? please help me also how is this budget? or starter friendly when alot of ur gear is like 3.5 exalts or more..

pretty sure the build has lightning damage on shield charge, and orb of storms to proc it......

So if the target dies within 4 seconds you get the 10% chance to proc a wolf? Strange, I do hit alot of packs with Shield Charge and I do use Orb of Storm quite a bit. Especially on blue/yellow mobs. But still I get about 2 wolfs up at once, not more ;(.

What about the new abyssal jewels? minion dmg if you'used a minion skill recently its pretty sick imo

The wolves definitely spawn from minion kills as well - I have wolves without shield charging or orb of storming. But I honestly don't feel the proccchance to be 10%

The hit every 4 seconds is for the 70% increased minion damage.

if the chaos clouds from the expired SRS kill any mobs the kills count as yours, so they have a chance to proc the wolves

Any DOT kills will count as yours. If you want a greater proc rate of wolves, grab a Tukohama's Vanguard spectre, their scorching ray totems will do it, or a Wickerman, their Righteous Fire aura does the same.

The 4 sec hit is to proc the minion damage from the scourge

Using this also. 20% minion dmg + 8% cast speed when you just used a minion skill sounded pretty OP.

As a new player in PoE, i start a another SRS youtuve build with +2Staff. When i begin t11+, it was very tought, die a lot. I decide to find antoher build. That's why i chose this one. I have really fun experience with this new build. Love shield charge !

Could you help me to give a list of goal i need to complete in order to upgrade my character?

Reading this post, i can have many:

- ubber lab to get last 2 points in ascendancy
- +1 socketed gem in tabula corrupted (+1gem in Belly seems too expensive atm)
- get blood of the karui potion
- max my gem try to corrupt them
- fesh offering an other helmet
- craft speed minion on ring (seems impossible ^^)

I certainly miss manything abvious as a new player in this game.
dps seems ok. But i miss lot of survability (Life 4284 and shield 283). Have lot of difficulties with bosses and some abyss mobs.

My budget: 9 Exalted Orb farm with the chaos recipe :s
