Yesterday's pingplotter http://imgur.com/a/kB9bo

Today's pingplotter http://imgur.com/a/fCNZ6

20% packet loss on po1.fcr01b.sao01.networklayer.com

besides that, everything seems to be back to normal

Edit: not fixed yet, yesterday it was like 80% of the instances you create will be laggy af. Now it's like 50%, so, still, you can't do lab, because every time you create an instance of a room you have high chances of creating a 100/1k ms instance, you can't play maps because of the same reason, anything you can´t recreate an instance of is pretty much screwed. Any update on the situation would be appreciated

Someone has to do something here, I really REALLY think it's from the server side not from our ISP, it's been 3 days with unplayable ping, FIX PLEASE.

Edit: Tested Overwatch that has servers on Brazil and it plays smooth and with low ping. It's your provider GGG, insist with them to fix it please.

The game is unplayable at this moment and I do not see interest from the staff for fixing this.
maybe a error intoduced in last patch?? cause its unplayable since then

It's not like it was perfect before the patch, you still had a chance of creating laggy instances, and you played with your ping zig-zaging all over the chart, plus the normal 50ms at the start of 3.0 changed into the normal 60/70/80ms, stressful, but bearable.
Now, this last days were just... and the lack of acknowledgment by GGG really shocks me.
Confirmed, still unplayable. And it´s definetively not an ISP or local issue, no packet loss or connection issue to blizzard games or other providers.

yesterday battlefield 1 and counter strike global ofensive they worked poorly too (they have servers in Brazil) since I made the complaint to Antel they stopped working badly but POE gives lag peaks in maps and not all the time like yesterday I sincerely believe that it is no longer a problem of our internet service

Heh, that's an amusing typo; I assume you meant to type "raising".

But if you want people to raid their office, that's fine too I guess. :P
