the fire damage prefix is blocked by the elemental damage of ele focus, you cannot add it to any ele focus craft - sadly, i tried

i am newish to POE i played during bestiary rf totems got to lvl 88 and did a lot of maps T12/t13.

i have a couple questions about the build.

1. seems like when i use POB that the character is not maxed out on lightning and cold resists is that normal? i always though you should be maxed no matter what.

2. i just had a exalt orb drop for me and i was pretty excited to buy some upgrades... but then i though should i hold off and get kaom's heart before anything else?

for the jorgin lv3 amulet to talisman conversion do you guys know if it works with corrupted amulets?

Yes, as long as you're using pyre rings you should avoid cold damage
