what scales damage better with regards to ring mods? flat lightning or wed? Thanks!

" You're welcome! Thanks! " We have alot of flat lightning from INT, so more often than not a WED roll is always going to be provide a higher DPS boost compared to a flat lightning roll. That said, the perfect ring should ideally have INT, WED and Flat Lightning. Build of the Week 14

Hi, first thank's for that guide i really like to play that.
I have a question, i search for a Hubris circlet ( or a helmet with ES) with the 30% enchant Spectral Throw deceleration, but the only in the market is for... 15 exalted, is that the real price ? :/ |

" Yup! It can be quite tough to find the right gear this late in the league, especially as we do want specific mods on gear. INT on gear is great to have but not absolutely mandatory especially if you need res as well. The damage potential is there however, and there is however plenty of room for min-maxing which itself can be enjoyable and/or rewarding. " You're welcome! I really do not know :( Its all supply and demand I guess. 15 ex seems abit too steep for me. If that's the case, I would rather get a good ES helm with good stats rather than a helm with the enchant. Build of the Week 14

Hello, just dropping by to say that howa is my favorite build, when I saw this build I had to follow. I am currently level 82 and having tons of fun :D, its fast and strong also feels safe.
For some reason shaper touch with +1 to gems is quite cheap, and can save tons of currency by not needing level 4 empower and enlighten. +1 to gems is 6-40c only, of course I will use level 4 empower when I get one :). Gearing was a bit hard because of lack of items just like you said, there was only about 5-10 items online for each slot, and some gear was quite overpriced. " You're welcome! Ya, another option would be to buy good 3 modded jewels and exalt them (if you're wealthy enough). It doesn't take very much DPS to be shaper-viable anyway, so I'm sure you'll do fine! :) Build of the Week 14

is it normal im getting more dps out of static electricity jewel compared to fertile mind? Did you test that?
