In budget gear, about what crit chance can you reasonably expect on KB? I ran a similar build in early Harb and even with max power charges and crit chance on rings I was only pushing about 65 - 70% crit chance. Pack clearing felt inconsistent with one pack shattering and the next not with a few stragglers still surviving.

Will this build be updated for 3.1? Anybody started this in the next league?

Im leveling this with my aurabot friend. Currently lighting arrow but i have 1k dps on 4 link at lvl 30 and oneshot us through the abyss with a storm cloud bow for 1 alc and yellow random crap :D

Will see how good i can convert after lvl 65, but i dont think that we will have any problems.

Also leveling this atm, 53 right now. Did the storm cloud thing and it worked great for a while. Switched to Storm Prison + KB a bit early which made things rough for a bit, but then I grabbed another jewel and everything is great again. (And those Wake of Destruction boots are great too.)

By the way, Abyss jewels rock with this. You can get a jewel with ~50 elemental damage (double Storm Prison's base) for 1c. And that just goes in place of the 40 life from a belt (or 2 passive points in a lot of builds).

Anyone know how the Vaal Pact nerf influences this build ? Can it still survive?

OP can probably answer better than me, but I would recommend Way of the poacher -> Quartz infusion -> Avatar of the Veil -> Avatar of the slaughter.

Getting the free frenzy charges is nice while leveling, and then you just want to rush ailment immunity. Finally, avatar of the slaughter is just a big damage boost. I'm playing this build for the first time, at level 82 in abyss league. I played raider frost blades last league and that's how I did it then as well.
