Always depends on your gear.
IF you are still on Jack that would be no wonder. But with good gear you'll do enough damage. Also remember you can switch Conc for increased AoE. The damage is still enough for normal mobs. Also stay in Sand Stance for the Monolith.
Thanks to the bleeding you don't need to fully smash them out, bleed will do some damage too and the explosion from the ascendancy does good work too, if you choose the right mobs to kill.

That's totally personal preference.
But Decree of Fury, Force and Reflection are the most interesting for gloves.
Dodge/Spell Dodge, Movement Speed or Life and Manareg for boots.

Depends totally on your own preferation.

Was a left over from an old setup error.

Why there is no brutality in the linked support gems? It'll give alot of damage. Also, have you tried leap slam+CoH+vulnerability?

Brutality gives less than the current setup, also with good shaper gear you'll get quite a hefty extra for elemental stuff, so brutality is not really an option.

I highly prefer to have leep slam as the way to go through maps, especially as it is now very fast and also it would cost mana in that combination and we don't have much. But if you prefer that way you can go for it.

Have you considered Pulverize instead of concentrated and increased aoe switching?

Hello,

please read the guide in full and do not only watch the images.
The gear is from harbinger and the damage calculations are done with the mainhand in both hands just to show how crappy your gear can be while doing big amounts of damage and being viable for everything without spending much currency.

In early mapping you can use Jack, the Axe in both hands but you want to upgrade to 380pdps+ by Tier 10+

Just any rare with enough pDPS and Attack Speed will do.
