Current gear without acuity,I'm currently sitting at 700c so thus making it easier to gear for a vaal pact build instead of getting acuity itself and I'm farming uber lab's/shaper when possible for profit but I'm really going on a slow pace rn so I don't think I'll be able to get an acuity pretty soon so I'm trying to make a more reliable (vaal pact) build to melt down uber atziri faster and trynna drop the acuity myself

I'd say the PROS of the budget build are:
No vaal pact/life regen for Uber Lab traps
Outregen blood rage when out of combat
and CONS:
Limited DPS without Vaal pact/Acuity making battles longer (although it's more viable for Uber Lab)

Is the Enlighten lvl4 needed for the build to work in those buffs or would lvl3 work okay enough? Also I was just looking at other heralds, but is HoA the strongest one to work for this build? Would HoI work as well to try out?
