[3.2] Practical Blade Flurry - 3 million DPS - 7k Life - Immune to Shock Freeze Stun - own the Game
I switched to Abyssus/LC yesterday and tuned a bit of gear. Looking at POB vs the budget build you have listed, I seem to have about 273k damage vs yours @ 589k. This is after I've made some changes to the config on POB - specifically, removed your flasks (as I don't have those) and removed conc effect (as I'd run IAoE.
Mine: https://pastebin.com/HMZeH2g6
Yours: https://pastebin.com/yCkugteP
My DPS: 319.7k
Your DPS: 474.6k
That's a pretty big DPS gap, when ostensibly the builds are quite equal. I don't have quality on my jewels, which will address some of it, and obviously your gear is a bit better than mine across the board, (spiked gloves etc). I needed more int so had to compromise there.
Anyway, would not quite have expected the "little bit extra" on the gear and the quality of the gems to make what equates to a 33% MORE dps increase of yours over mine, so any advice on what I might improve?
I'm also really concerned about life totals. I still have some points to get in the tree, but I'm running 4.1k life at the moment...this seems quite seriously low. You're running 1k more at 5.1k, and I do wonder if this is enough to take a hit from Argus, let alone Minotaur. How much of this is glass-cannon at these levels? I'm ok with glass cannon, I just need to know if I should expect that or whether there's some other mitigation that I haven't accounted for. Obviously running Fortify, and will work towards picking up Charisma so I can run AA. Won't be able to afford Enlighten 4 though, so will have to make do with a 3.
Overall, at this stage, I can see the potential of the build, but think that even the gear levels necessary for the "budget BF Bloodseeker" are maybe out of range for me - the fine tuning needed to balance for the -60% lightning, and the int needed, and still find the phys damage and attack speed means the gear is actually mega mula...that, and I don't have enough skill to not die with these levels of mitigation.
Wondering if I should re-roll a Scion ele wander...at least then I don't have to stand on Minotaur's toes.

Not even 20% qual on your weapon, 5L chest, level 70, gems level 15-17 without quality, your amulet is dogsh1t...

You can improve alot.
Did you look at the pastebin? I based the stats on level 20 gems, and 5L doesn't make a diff when the 6th is IAoE (I took out conc effect for comparison). In other words, I recognise and had already accounted for these gaps. It still leaves - like I said - a 33% delta.
I hate trading, so i only trade for the most important Pieces of Gear...
I Play a Budget Version of your Budget Version:
Tabula, Touch of Anguish, Bloodseeker, Goldrim and Rares for res, im 76 now and do merc Lab tomorrow when I`m sober. The build is awesome, no Risk of dying except I MAKE A MISSTAKE (or my Fu**ING Internet lags again)... I`m about 40c in at this Point (ToA 19c, Seekers 2c, Tabula 12c, you can grab them for 8c if your Internet doesn`t suck and you wait an hour... Other stuff is Gear i had from SSF before i switched.
I definetly recommend this Build! I Switch to Abyssus/Lightningcoil once I 6link the Coil. I will use Purity of Lightning instead of Arctic Armour, couse im poor... :D PoL reserves more Mana but has even better midigation.

yes mate, the missing dmg is coming form the (missing) jewels, and flat phys on amulet and rings mainly. your lifepool is quite big for lvl 69, you gain 12 flat life per level, so later you will easily get 5k... :)

nice man, budget of budget sounds really limited though :D but cool that you have fun with it :)
PoL is definately more mitigation, but for my taste it is too much mana reserved. tastes are different and anybody who prefers anything else over the given parameters in the guide, dont hesitate to replace and adjust it to your playstyle ofc :)

your referring to my char/gear. The biggest div. is a 6link coil, that alone will get you a huge boost.
second, you need more add phys including amu.
third, level and quality on skillgems including HoA and Bloodrage
fourth, your missing some crit in comparison (properly offhand)
Flask are the biggest dps boost, get min. atziris promis and lions roar.
I would replace:
Amu - Add phys, more life, accu
right ring - more add phys
boots - more life, if your ok with it ditch movement speed whirling blades dont profit from it
gloves - str base, more add phys, try to craft/alc a ok spiked gloves base, phys/life/res/, attack speed/accuracy is a big bonus.
use jewels to balance your resistens and gearing get much easier to afford
Ruthless with Concentrated Effect/IAoE on 5link but thats my preference
The add phys and more jewels alone will get you near my gear.
Life, you forgot levels/jewels
If you import your char and set the skilltree for lvl80 you need to increase the char level according to it.
5k life is easy to achieve and yes you can facetank argus/isaro without a problem.
High tier maps arent a problem if you dont go overboard with dmg/crit/curse mods.
Guardiens/shaper are ok but you cant tank every thing, deathless possible with mechanical knowledge.
if done uber atziri, died twice. thrash mobs killed me in the first room, i decided to skip them and not risking the run. second death was trio, forgot to focus the titmonster first. atziri is just a mechanical fight and not a big problem.
Enlighten 3 is more than enough with the Charisma node.
Your biggest deffense is lifeleech, mobility and dmg but the bloodseeker version is not a jug or llrf facetank build.
btw a wander build get way more expensive if you want to bush t15+ or uber atziri.
Excluding 6link coil, Taste of Hate and rare claw i didnt pay more then 20c per slot.

Lawyne can you trow a look on my char?
what do you think of dropping HoA for HoI/CoH/AM in maps?
i want to utilize the offhand sockets on trash and boss for faster cleerspeed.
Powercharges, more Crit, freez and small mana/life gain on trash resulting in a high 5digit dps gain.
more crit on boss but its a small 5digit dps lost.
compared to totem + HoA.

sounds and looks good :)
@Altissimus
now you got a lot of input again, and all fine, dont forget to get 20% quality on your weapons
one more hint, the build is one of those that work better with higher levels, just dont give up or run too high tier maps yet
