Would you mind taking a quick look at my gear? After several hours of shopping, I think i've hit the best gear I can get without spending hundreds of chaos. I finally feel like I can start progressing towards Shaper, just need to level my character and gems some more. Loving the build so far, I'm using it to down Shaper for the first time ever :)

Yeap i'm pretty sure youre gonna be able to tackle shaper without a problem! As long as you know the mechanics you should be fine.

Uber atziri on the hand might be tough. I would recommend a kaoms/+1 gems allelopathy before trying out a set. That is unless youre very familiar with the uber atziri fight

I bought +1 gems allelopathy, but can't kill Shaper. Tried eight times without success. Every time I die on Shaper second phase. Tried Uber Atziri too one time - same result. I can easy kill T16 bosses with temp chain/vulnerability or any other mod, most of the time deadless, but I feel that dmg is too low. Very low, even with chest with 75% chaos dmg. With Kaoms maybe have to shoot t16 bosses 1 hour.

:( Really sad to hear that. But I really do feel that kaoms will increase your dps. If you watch the videos, thats the amount of time/dps you should have on shaper. I'm really sorry for disappointing you, guess it's just the limitations of the build

Well your rares looks pretty good alr and the uniques are highly rolled! Other than the missing jewels, i'd say your gear pretty good as far as it goes. The enchant does not contribute to build so i'd change that!

I was having some serious issues with doing guardians on this build.
I'm still running with gems around 17/20, and yet im able to very safely clear all the T16 maps.
The problem are the guardians. I've had to learn a couple of things the hard way before I actually managed to beat them with the gear I have.
Below some general notes I always keep in mind now that I fight them:

Phoenix:


Minotaur:


Hydra:


I know this isn't big news to most you guys, but it might help others quite a bit.

There are also some very basic tips everyone must remember:
1. Wither totem increases your damage quite a bit - always remember to place it in a safe place! If it dies, repop in another safe space. It also slows the enemies down, and paired with your curses is incredibly useful to soften them up
2. If you need to proc savage hit, carry a Doedre Elixir with ya for free savage goodness with a side-dish of 1 charge each! :D

I know I don't have Kaoms Heart but would the chest only contribute so much survivability as to make it viable for Guardians?

Hi there!

I think I understand why minotaur and hydra are kinda hard for you. Your gear seems fine but it's probably the lack of hp buffer that results in your troubles. Mino and hydra both deal burst damage, in the form of falling rocks for the former and the barrage for the latter. You should not tank either the barrage nor stay within the aoe of falling rocks when fighting them.

I strongly recommend a kaom's if you can afford it.

I don't recommend this build for League Starting, its kinda expensive xD
