Why not push Desecrate to level 7?

Switched out the gems to the same level as mentioned in the guide, have to find gear with more mana regen it seems as it can't maintain firestorm as long as I want without flasking

" I just checked your gear and gem setup on the previous page and the gear is more than fine but the gem lvls are a bit odd. You not need high lvl CwDT gems unless you combine it with Bone Offering. Since you selfcast it, its better to use lvl 1 CwDT. Ofc the triggered spells need to be at lower lvls as well. Your Arcane Surge is way overleveled, just look how much mana a selfcast Bone Offering needs. Arcane Surge should proc every time you cast it, i guess you need it around lvl 6. That should give you some mana regen. Another way to get more mana regen is a +2% life and mana regen boot enchant. Make sure you are close enough to the mobs all the time to be able to leech life and mana. The only time i run oom sometimes is against single bosses. Ive played some no regen maps and even then you should hardly need a mana flask. " We only need the CwDT Desecrate to have some corpses for Bone Offering. Bone Offering doesent care about the lvl of the corpses. |

After playing a Bow build for 2 weeks I am most likely coming back to this now.
I need to upgrade the gear and fiddle with the gems a bit but every time I check poe.trade i cant seem to find a decent Sceptre, still using a Wand in my build. The Warlord's Mark ring you got is amazing, I'll try to get my hands on one of those. Sadly I lost quite a bit of money and gotta stack up again before I can make big purchases :D Also I think I'll keep Tempest Shield out of my build for good, the 3% block chance dont seem to be worth it when I already get 75/75 block with Bone Offering and Flasks, we'll see.
