Skill point Quest list for 3.1

but all of my chars can't go back to act 1-2-3-4 to get their points because those quests are already done.
are those already included? i have done all the quests and completely filled out my tree. passive tree says i have 10 points remaining, which should be the same amount i had before (113) except this includes the 2 passive points from bandits, which i didn't take previously. so it seems like im missing 2 points somewhere. |

hmm, im missing kishara's star and queen of despair.
went to act 7 again, didn't realize i had to walk backwards to see the npcs to get the quests haha. |

" Yea, I know that feel too. I was on my first character (trying to get my passive points back) and realized that I missed out on two quests in act 7 just because they were down there in the encampment. 22 if you use bandit reward. Best way to discover colors for your loot filter

With 3.1, the Storm Blade skill point is replaced by a quest to kill the new god, Shakari, in the Oasis. New list is:
