Act 7 : The Master of a Million Faces
Act 7 : Kishara's Star
Act 7 : Queen of Despair
Act 8 : Reflection of Terror (Found in High Gardens left of The Bath House)
Act 8 : Love is Dead
Act 8 : The Gemling Legion
Act 9 : Queen of the Sands
Act 9 : The Ruler of Highgate
Act 10 : An End to Hunger (+2)
Act 10 : Map to Tsoatha

24 - End To Hunger is +2

So it's 22 'regular' + bandits option.

Nice to see that the 'gemling legion' quest (and reward) is back in.

Yes, The master of a Million Faces is a Typo. That quest is found in act 7

For reflection of terror, I found the reflection pool and was able to complete it. I am at work but when I get home I can tell you what zone that is found in.

Act 6 : The Master of a Million Faces

This is Act 7.

Reflection of Terror is the fight against Yugul (another minor god), which you can find in the High Gardens (side area of Bath House).

Reflection of Terror is Act7 or Act8? Where is it?

I killed Yougul (and I have it in pantheon Soul of Yugul), but I don't have Reflection of Terror in /passives. I don't remember if the point was given for this quest or not...
