Fixing Bandit Rewards in 3.0

So looking into this myself to recover any quest related passives I got one point plus 1 previously allocated from eramar however be careful if you take a book from him as there is no way to return it or swap it and mouseover the books offers no instant tooltip to make this choice a bit easier,,I think it would help if that was added just to help avoid the issue of grabbing the wrong book,,as it is now I will destroy the one i picked up and just live with the passives,,:(
