If you get up to 20 kills Dancing Dervish will animate itself and lock you out of your weapons unless you have a CWDT socketed in the weapon itself."

"Once rampage starts it doesn't stop until you stop killing. Low lvl cwdt is because of the level requirement for manifest dervish"

Watching Uber's video, it doesn't require any links, but in the thread he says that you can just do a low lvl CWDT, linked to SRS, so you don't have to swap. Is that what you are doing, or are you doing the swap trick?

Also, for softcore, which skill tree do you guys recommend? I was going with the more "Tankiest, better str setup." I see some are going the Full Softcore build, which has no minion damage up top & goes for increase flask duration, etc. What would you guys recommend? Looking at the difference between my build & that one, it would cost me about 32 orb of scouring to switch & I'm currently trying to save for Barons & Belly, forever unlucky RNG lately. Is it worth to swap?

Lastly, I see the final softcore setup has Herd of the Flock selected, but Uber said it's not needed if you use grip of the council, which I do. Can I skip that, or should I still use it?

Yes, thats the swap trick.

1. Summon a few skulls with your +3 staff
2. SWAP to dancing dervish with an SRS socketed inside(So your previously summoned skulls don't disappear)
3. Get a few kills with the skulls that you had summoned from the staff
4. SWAP back to your staff as soon as you kill a few mobs
5. Rampage begins (380+ stacks and 550+ stacks are where the really juicy thick novas/chain explosions happen)

Sweet, thanks man. I wish I had a +3 weapon, still saving up for Baron/Belly first & sticking with my +2. After I get those, then I'm going to start min/maxing. Any tips for making money fast, other than mapping? I am having such shit luck finding anything worth more than 1C in the past 4-5 days, makes it very hard to save up for better gear.
Just spam run your maps and sell the 6s/jews/fuses. Liquidate everything you're not using(i.e. Regrets/Vaal orbs/Red sextants/excess Chisels/Ancient orbs/etc) to Chaos. You should be able to afford Baron in a day or two at most of mapping yellow + low red maps efficiently.

Get a rare astral plate with the colours you need for any gem links, it isn't that much difference from a Belly in the end. For an immediate upgrade, try to get 21/20 SRS or even just 20/20 which goes for something like 4c on HSC now.

edit: Was talking about buying and using a corrupted 20/20 SRS for 4c, just as a placeholder till you get your 21/20 by levelling yourself.

I have a 5L, 6S, Astral plate ATM, so Baron is my priority over Belly. As for SRS, I'm level 19 @ 20% quality, going to Vaal it once I hit 20 & pray I get lucky. If I don't, I will buy a few SRS at 20 & try to get lucky. 20/20 go for a lot more than 4c, it's either level 20 0% for 4, or 20%, level 1 for 4c. Might just go with 20 quality & lower level & do the leg work myself to level them up to save C. Right now I have about 74c saved up. Had to spend some on jewels yesterday to get res capped.

Oh & which passive skill tree would you recommend? I'm using the tankiest one, but should I switch to the one you used which is meant for softcore?

Both are well good enough. I went for the second duration cluster as it feels smooth/better playability for my preference. SRS has more uptime/don't need to spam flesh offering, vaal haste lasts a good bit longer etc.

Already felt like going over 8k+ life was starting to be a slight overkill when mapping as you don't get hit much anyways when playing SRS. I'm on SC though. If you're playing HC on the other hand, that extra bit of life is definitely nice to have.

Depends on what you value; better playability or raw survivability.

I'd like to go the full softcore route, but in T12-13 I am having survivability issues against bosses. The mobs before are fine, sometimes I get one shot from stupidity, but some of the bosses are super tough.

How do you deal with certain bosses that have damn near 1 shot mechanics. In Excavation, the light patches they put on the ground take me from full to empty in about 3 seconds & they litter the floor with it. So I have to run around like a chicken with my head cut off, trying to cast SRS a couple times & keep moving. Inevitably it leads to me running out of pots & having to hide to regen health & then get back in.

Or the Malformation boss who damn near one shots me with the channeled beam. Am I supposed to stick close & follow it around, or flame dash through it? I have 75% res, 3.5k armor & 7.5k hp currently.

Hi there,

at first: Awesome Guide! The build works very well for me, thank you!

Overall i am at the point looking for some "PoE-Theorycrafters" thoughts on how i could progress from now on item-wise. Especially if there is any greater improvement that i could get as next Milestone.

Except for the skillgems qualities that i am aware of already. Or am i already at a point where i "just" could go min-max some small step up´s?

Thank you for your help!

BTW: Magnate is for testing purposes, i Play with it and Bisco´s Leash also.

How do you meet the dex requirements of Haste & Vaal Haste without an Astramentis? I see you have one ring with dex, but that's it. Without my Astramentis & a dex gem, I struggle to even come close.

Also, how do people get so many 20% gems so quickly? Do you buy prisms? Or do you do the 20% gem vendor recipe & re-level them?

Hi,

the Dex Requirements i managed to get by multistat Jewels, dunno if you can see them in my tree. As of that i have an overall base of 74 trough my Level/tree.

My Quality Gems were a mix of relatively early drop lucks of some Quality Gems and the rest "gemcuttered" paid with hard farmed currency.

At least i got really lucky this League for now, 5 Ex-Drops Overall and one Major Drop of Tukohamas Fortress that sold very well :)
