Path of Exile 3.0.0: The Fall of Oriath Patch Notes

No changes to Saboteur/Deadeye/Champion , Hierophant got ... wut 1-2% buff? No buff for unused skills.

Disappointed but expected , oh well I lost hope in the balance team already so whatever , just stop putting 1-2% for unused things then call it a buff , that meme is outdated .

Please can you kiss the expansion artists and kick the balance team in the balls just once?
checked every patch note and didn't find a single spectre or minion AI change except speed cap . That's not good :D

Path of exile: the fall of balance

Path of exile: the rise of the nerf-O-mancer

No? Too soon.

(Great job on the new acts - can't wait to see act 9+10)

how comes, u loose like 20% speed and ~ 90% increased dmg. i would not say its dead after all

You lose way more. Commander of Darkness used to be affected by aura effectiveness stat. So before, You could reasnoably have 10 auras at +100% effectiveness with 5% speed and 10%dmg per aura, meaning +100% speed and +200% increased damage. Now, with the same setup, You get 60% speed and +30% increased damage (damage got reworded not to be affected by aura effect stat).

40% speed and 170% increased damage lost.

60% aspd and good auras will still be a decent boost, but no longer significantly better, and possibly not worth it for 95% of people anymore. Dedicated streamers / racing teams / economy teams will still probably use it, since they have chars that overkill by so much they care little about increased mob health and will want the speed boost for faster clears. Us plebs are fucked.

True. I am sure a nerv was needed but I think this is too much.
Am sorry to inform you that due to this patch notes ,my wedding in august 6 has been canceled forever!:D

Great job GGG, thank you.

Have you readed the descriptions? GGG nerfed almost everything and you say good job.

Adding new acts rather than maintaining Normal, Cruel and Merciless made the game to be rebalanced for the worst!

Definetely I think it's time to quit PoE. Good luck to all of you!

Thank you GGG for the "god job" till now!

"Profile joined late 2016"

Perfect example of someone that doesn't understand what makes an ARPG good, challenging, or fun. We're all entitled to our opinions, and you can have yours. But I'm going to state mine here as well: I'll be glad if you and people like you leave. I'll be glad if GGG nerfs even more content and buffs enemies. The game should never have turned into this super speedy game where you run the exact same content over and over again and never die unless you have an internet connection issue.

Good riddance. I can't say there aren't any skills I want buffed, but I'd take nerfs to top end damage before buffs to underused skills any day.

There will be the Sycophants ... Always!
Uhm, no new maps in the atlas? Really?
A) What is the new vendor recipe ? Exalt recipe ? Market is gonna collapse.

B) Bring back voice of the storm. You killed build diversity by changing it you know ? That item was enabling literally every build that had not even dreamed of going crit to make crits but you just killed it. Those that went for crit can compensate for loosing voice of the storms overcap mechanic but others can't. You literally killed a good part of the game.

Poe : Fall of Build Diversity
GGG refuses to buff Melee and gives every surivability tool to Spell/Ranged/Minion Builds because they dont play the game or at least melee themself.

-The Truth
Blade Vortex had its 'more spell damage' scaling modifier changed to 'more damage with hits for each blade', and separately 'more damage with ailments for each blade'.

anyone understand on this? is this nerf or buff?
