No info on which quests now give skill points ?

From the wording on the notes it seems that all existing chars will have to go talk to quest givers for mandatory quests or complete side quests (if those give points). This will be extremely tedious for people with many existing chars.

You lose way more. Commander of Darkness used to be affected by aura effectiveness stat. So before, You could reasnoably have 10 auras at +100% effectiveness with 5% speed and 10%dmg per aura, meaning +100% speed and +200% increased damage. Now, with the same setup, You get 60% speed and +30% increased damage (damage got reworded not to be affected by aura effect stat).

40% speed and 170% increased damage lost.

60% aspd and good auras will still be a decent boost, but no longer significantly better, and possibly not worth it for 95% of people anymore. Dedicated streamers / racing teams / economy teams will still probably use it, since they have chars that overkill by so much they care little about increased mob health and will want the speed boost for faster clears. Us plebs are fucked.

Nerfing almost everything is drasticly needed. :P

Sure some things might have been hit a bit harshly, and something like not adding ES nodes behind CI equivalent to the life nodes behind BM, is something i will probably never understand. But so be it, next league it will be changed once again.

The real problem is that GGG apparently still refuses to revamp all those "I won't even pick that shit up." uniques and skills.

Why do you insist on keeping the nonbo? Deadeye's the weakest ranger ascension, by far, and a strong factor in that is that its abilities counter each other, it doesn't make any sense. A class' abilities should synergise together...
You could have taken this chance (with the piercing rework) to fix it but instead you simply ported the old bad skill to the new mechanics. Just a random suggestion that is super simple and yet makes a lot more sense than its current state: change it to +1 pierce. Super simple and doesn't clash with Deadeye's other skills. Also makes a lot more thematic sense than short-range focused skills in a class that is supposed to be sniper-like.

Excellent Job i'd say this is what the WHOLE INDUSTRY is fucking lacking nowdays :

Instead you get shit like free rewards everyday and flashy firecrackers when you log-in.

Then people get used to this BS and expect one-click win scenarios and god-mode autistic gameplay poisoning everything along the way.
