When are the updates ready to download? is it right before launch or before? im really interested in graphics/performance changes. Rest are not important kappa

They usually shut down the servers and patches them about 3h before the launch.

RF
Buffed thanks to Burning damage support changes.

If by "buffed" You mean "nerfed by ~5%", then yes.

Although You might get a net gain of 0 if You factor in the buffed burning damage nodes.

Isn't it depends on how much Increased nodes you have?
MORE = Increased if applied to base damage.
By making support gem have MORE instead of Increase doesn't it compensate for RF nerf and get a +?
Yeah it would be helpful if we could predownload the updates.

"The average experience per monster has been slightly reduced at high levels."

I am very much against this one. It has already been very tedious to map after level 90+ and it has only become more boring. I was actually expecting an increase on XP at T12+ maps for more incentive.

Don't take this out of context, mob density has also been reviewed on maps, I'd say most red maps will have buffed density, this would cause a spike in XP/h

My favorite was - Porcupine Goliaths 70% chance to release spikes instead of 100. Love it :)

Let's hope you are right. What I read is "Further balanced the monster density of end-game maps. Some have been lowered and some have been raised."

My guess they raised maze-like maps monster density and lowered more open maps. A flat density buff will be much appreciated though. Will increase the tempo and feel more rewarding.
Lets go!
So spectres are persistent or not ?

No new MAPS? New content, new areas but no new maps? Rlly?

Yeah... if that is so, it's a major disappointment for me. So much quest content added, but no new maps??? I spend 99% of my playtime in maps.

Other than that, I have a raging hype.

2.4 was the focus on mapping, so 3.0 is used to improve the main game significantly. Maybe in 3.1 or 3.2, GGG will probably add more maps.

That is disappointing, this rlly looks like something half done, something made in last month or so.
This content don't offer real balance, no real fixes, no new maps from content, what is this 3 month league to paly again 1-60 again and again to enjoy new mobs/bosses?
No tnx, will wait till something more polished.
Wildstar I comming you back.
No spontaneous hair growth, AND we can still exist?! This is great!
Can hardly wait for the Harbinger league to start. Nice patch, nothing too scarry.
Great work guys!

So HoWa is BUFFED instead of being nerfed? Oo???

Depends on!

Some used it as dual wielding, gaining in total 2-12 per 10 intelligence.
Now dual wielding HoWa builds RIPed. But single handed was buffed!

Furthermore this build is mostly for ES builds because of intelligence stat.
But in 3.0 you can't leech instantly ES!
So i wander if this item be useful now?

Life based, based on intelligence stat? :)
