Just got this, i guess it's worth going for Necromantic Aegis? I am level 27, so i guess i'm going straight across the middle past Foresight and spend 8 points to get it.

Well, Nyctas is a great addition as a source of extra damage for SRS, though Brightbeak with Victarios Charity is sexy for the speed.

You'd be best of with a +2 helmet and that.

Hey, Gaz- Have you seen this thread on reddit about crafting a +3 weapon in a deterministic manner? Apparently if you take a maul and throw a shrieking essence of rage on in for the +2 Fire gem, you then use the new Orb of Annulment to remove the other mods. Then use Catarina's "cannot roll attack mods" and boom, the only mods left will include +1 to all gems when you exalt it. You cannot roll cast speed as mauls won't roll it, but you will probably get a resist or two. From there, remove the cannot roll attack mods thing and then add blood magic.

I haven't done it myself, but it sounds like a grand old time. What do you think?

I think it's a super sexy way to deal with it, specially as resistances are not a bad thing for us via the weapon :)

Victario's Charity > Lycosidae for clear speed purposes, the damage goes up a bit more with that shield but Vics Charity increases clear speed insanely which lyco does not.

You should only be spending 6 points for NA from the original skilltree (which is the 6 points you spend towards aura nodes, which you obviously change out from when you get that 6L for the Blood Magic approach & Haste aura :) )

Njeh, it's very easy to get a +3 weapon and honestly a +2 kills pretty much everything in the game already so :P

Anyone care to explain why I see people running nycta's lantern as a substitute weapon prior to getting a +2 or +3? I was under the assumption that SRS scales with nothing offered by nycta's.

If I'm understanding this correctly, depending on your gear, you basically run your SRS set-up through the Baron until you get a 6 socket 2H with +2 fire damage? At that point, you swap any of your 4 link set-ups to the Baron and run SRS through the weapon?

Currently mapping with this SHIT gear ( look at the helmet and gloves lmao ) and I'm clearing maps very fast, doing t5+ atm and it works very good. Raging spirits just destroy everything and skeletons tank everything ( just linked skeletons with all the gems to level them up ).. So yeah, you dont need the baron in any way :D

Anyone did UberLab?
