Sao Paulo Server latency

Seems normal in the morning because there's less people playing i think. Afternoon/Night the hell begins
Normally i get 60ms, and seems good to have that ping. But now i got 160+ms and its really annoying. Today my company check the isp and its ok, same as the router. Probably they having problems with my isp? im from argentina and my isp is telefonica.
Bump. Totally unplayable

I'm adding additional capacity in now, so there should be an improvement over the next half-hour or so.

If you're getting sustained, high latency, there could be some routing issue causing that problem. If you capture a WinMTR to br.login.pathofexile.com, I'll chase up our network provider for a fix.
No high latency atm, only spikes/stuttering:

Been having >180ms from Argentina since 3.0.0. Recently switched to fiber and it improved to ~150ms but still bad. With a bit of googling i found out that ip 89.221.42.185 seems to be from Italy but maybe i'm wrong. Hope it helps.

It looks like routing to Argentina is messed up in some way. I've raised it with the datacenter to see if they can fix it.

Yes is horrible to play at 250ms (in my case) but texas is way more stable than BR server, in fact the Texas ping graph show a flat line, while Sao Paulo looks like cardiogram.

Playing From argentina with 6Mb ADSL broadband

Sao Paulo ping: 100ms (unstable, unplayable)
Texas Ping: 250ms (stable)

The DC has changed to outgoing route to go via another network provider. Do you see any improvement in latency?
