Sao Paulo Server latency

Having huge lag spikes in this league and also getting a LOT of "Error: Failed to join any instances", it's ridiculus.

I used to have constant 60 ms using Sao Paulo's GW (I'm from Chile) but now it's an erratic 190 ms, which is unplayable. I've been forced to play in Texas's GW at 160 ms in PREDICTIVE mode, which has completely ruined my start of the new league.
Please GGG, if you are unable to fix Sao Paulo's GW, consider opening a new server on the west coast of South America.

I don't know much about these things, but it seems like i'm having problems with the new servers too.

ISP: Antel

It was fine yesterday but today I woke up and it's been completely unplayable all day.
About 7 out of 10 instances have huge lag spikes wich freezes the game.

Another thing that's new is, everytime I try to enter another area via a portal, click a door, go to my hideout, etc. I get an error saying "Error:Failed to join any instances." multiple times, I have to spam a door 3 or 4 times to get inside.

Unable to play on the Brazilian server. We are unfortunately playing with 200ms on the American server. I hope that GGG is careful in this situation, 2 leagues in a row with the same problem. If this is not solved quickly, I predict many will stop playing.

Has no way to play with the constant variation of ping on the server, it is ranging from 12 to 163 ping at all times and this error "Failed to enter instance" is occurring a lot on the server !

I copied this from someone because it is also happening to me. It's simply impossible to play.

Constant spikes and DCs this whole weekend, with a lot of "failed to enter instance" errors as well. I'm in São Paulo.
