Sao Paulo Server latency

just when I thought we were good for this league...

Most of the instances I'm getting are a mess, only in my hideout I get low ping. For example the IP 169.57.132.62:6112 is hot garbage right now

As always, some of the servers start choking awfully bad.

At least they almost made it to the first week with decent latency. Today it's been a massive disaster.

My friend says this server is unplayable and resorts to using washington US server. CONSTANT 200 ping. Every action you take has a 0.2 second delay which in PoE creates a lot of rubber banding thanks to predictive/lockstep networking. GGG can you please take another look right now?

Every league first weeks is the same. SP servers can't handle the amount of people, i think it's time to BR to get a new server.

Not in BR, i'm from Argentina, and BR was always garbage with the connection, every time we play a game and the connection need to cross br we have insane amount of ms, of course, not all the time, but really often, it's better move the south america server to Chile that has a better connection and is not so far, i don't know why all the games use BR as a south america server when is the worst choise posible.

Hey GGG, I know there's a lot in your plate as always, specially this year with covid, but this issue has been years already and I think it's time to get at least an honest answer on the matter like if you guys are actively looking for a solution on the matter or we should not hold our breaths...

I don't want to waste your time telling you how much money and time I invested in this game, but even if it's a small community in LatinAmerica I wish you'd move mountains to give us the servers we need in order to play the game as it was meant.

I gave an idea a long time ago which was dismissed: use riot servers that are in Chile... If u guys are now part (even if only in a way) of Tencent, then take advantage of the economies of scale and use their already installed and working servers/technology...

Plz, at the very least answer this thread.
