Sao Paulo Server latency

Sao Paulo gateway is unplayable right now, will there be a solution for this someday?

Well, in my case it seems this node is the one causing issues from 4pm during all night, stopping at morning, i really dont know what to do or how to report it (it seems this node is owned by Level3), since with corona there are reduced resources working on my ISP

I've just sent to them an e-mail about this topic. If they don't answer, I´m skiping this league for good.

I understand there isn't much to be done right now, but the server is quite bad lately. Constant lag spikes

This game is starting to be a Wolcen game. Every league gets realease with tons of bugs, the servers can not hold the amount of people that gets online and is poorly optimize. Very disapointed of this game so far.

Please don't MTR the login servers. They are behind cloudflare, so the results are worthless. Please use sao-m.speedtest.pathofexile.com instead.

July 2019 was the last time staff gave a fuck about this gateway, I would recommend you guys trying other platforms such reddit or twitter, maybe with luck someone will help, but this thread is a waste of time.

btw think twice about buying supporter packs and points, clearly your money is not going into make the server you play better. dont be a fool like me >>>>>

BR servers have been terrible today, high latency and spikes, pinging to sao-m.speedtest.pathofexile.com show a smooth 30ms ping though.
