Sao Paulo Server latency

Have been experiencing many connection issues this last week.. Constant lag spikes, desyncs and disconnections.. My WinMTR displays no issue, but the game is unplayable, I can't finish a single map without getting disconnected.

They have a high ping (130~160ms), however there are no lag spikes or disconnections at all. The game runs stably. The issue is definitely with the São Paulo realm. 3rd or 4th day in a row this server has constant crashes and dc's.
how can you release more microtransactions asking for more support if servers are unplayable? south american players money isnt enough to get this fixed quickly or something? when are you going to do something with this server? Don't be a poe stan. Use your fucking brain.

It is unplayable... I really want to support you, because you created a wonderfull game, but I can't even play it right now, so please, take a look at your players and do something if you are not.

I'm getting no response from both hosts stated in the Technical Support f.a.q, for Brazil. In my hideout I get ~160-170ms while in Oriath I get ~25-30ms. I addressed this issue before in a post, but it got solved for a couple of days after a response from GGG. Now we are back to this. It is really sad to pour a lot of money into a game and not be able to play it because of server lags and such... I~m waiting on another response from them in my post:

What can be worse than the game being unplayable? Probably a post about a technical issue that has tons on comments but the company doesn't respond to the issue for hours/days... A shame really, I was actually enjoying the game, but now we see the shitty side of the support we get.
