Sao Paulo Server latency

This league the laggy part is not even the worst part. Spending hours and currency collecting and doing maps, just to every now and then the servers freezes, disconnects you and close all the portals you have.

Doing a low tier map? Ok, next one. Doing a Guardian/Shaper/Elder map? Too bad, you just lost over half a exalted on the latter cases.

Already lost this league:

Two betrayal hideouts:
Fortification- Cameria(3)+Leo(3)+Aisling(?-Captain)

Huge fan of the game, but I feel I might punch a baby in the face anytime soon. Not mad at all, all cuddles and kisses.

Such a shame, same thing every night...

In some maps the game is unplayable, I'm not talking about a simple lag, I'm mentioning a huge freezing in monster packs

I dont know what it is, because its only in some maps, Palace for example

GGG need to audit whoever they are paying to host the realm ASAP
this is not infrastructure problems since i can play whenever in US like a breeze but in the BR realm is the same thing that is happening with the germans and their realm

Same here... I have 100MB of bandwidth and it is used only by me, my internet is perfect for anything else, but not for poe... Come on, we are at the beginning of the league, we are eager to play! plz fix it ggg!

Last Patch? lol dude we are at 161 pages, this is happening for almost 2 years

Saturday night, we keep losing maps ... fail instances ... they freeze and stop attacking the characters .... we lose currency and above all TIME

For years the servers have been failing but they are obsessed with improving the mechanics of the game but they forget the comfort of playing without problems

Finally something managed to make me stop playing. More than a year with the same problem and no solution. You have changed GGG, the company that has always enchanted me with its incredible support for its players, leaving an entire community without at least one "we are working on it".

Is working rly rly bad!

Some instances are fine and i have been able to play almost all day long, but others are just unplayable and i rly hate losing maps. Hope it gets fixed. Love all the work you've done with legion so far, it would be awesome if you could fix this or at least give us an answer about why is happening (guessing bad brazilian gateway still). Cheers.
