I mean, I don't have issues with Fibertel, clearly. But with directx 11, another story. xD
Gotta give credit where credit is due. Launch went smooth for the first time in over 5 leagues.

Was just playing really fine about 13-15ms then after a few minutes started getting spikes every 1-5s going from 13 to 130+ and then back, causing the game to stutter. I kept going and noticed my ms started going up to 60+ and after a few more minutes to 100+, then i decided to logout and do some network tests.
